Are experience with Carmax was mostly positive. They keep on hand impressive number of vehicles in stock making it fairly easy to find what you are looking for. Also, the quality of their inventory is quite impressive as well. They are a little weak on what they will offer you for a trade-in, so cash is the best way to go. For the most part, their no-haggle prices on their vehicles seems to be fair as well.

First time using CarMax to sell a car. They had lots of availability same day, and the instant quote was exactly what they gave me for my used vehicle. In and out in an hour. And they got me a Lyft back home, great service!

Bought a car from here in 2023 and I will NEVER do it again. It was my first time buying a car on my own and the older gentleman I worked with definitely took advantage of that. Unfortunately, I had no idea what GAP was at the time and the salesman WAIVED GAP on my purchase without telling me or explaining that it was an option. Lo and behold my car gets totaled by hail a month later and i’m still paying for a car I don’t have 2 years later. When I originally went to inquire about why GAP was waived, they lied saying that I asked to waive it and that they don’t offer it in Colorado anyway. I definitely don’t recommend coming here if you’re young or a first time buyer because they are all about the money and not there to help you. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I’ve had issues with the car i bought from you guys. I expressed my concern with the car to my sales man and he told me he will get back to be regrading the issues. I have yet to hear back from him.

Aaron was amazingggg. I was really nervous about my car buying experience and he made me feel so comfortable. We had great conversation and he was SO helpful.
I came in looking at one car, but decided to pursue a different model. I assumed I would have to start my car search over, but I left with a vehicle on hold coming in from Illinois! Aaron helped me with searching for all the features I wanted in my car and he was just so great. He made it fun, lol! Who knew.

I submitted all information online. I was given a quote for the money I was hoping to get for my car. I was asked to set up an appointment date which I did. I didn't realize how big the facility is until I got there. The sign in process was really easy. Then I was connected with an agent complete the process. I thought they would reduce the amount they originally said they would give me but they didn't. They have me my check and even paid for a Lyft driver to give me s ride home. Best experience ever!

He was amazing when I tell you he went above and beyond that’s exactly what he did. From the moment we walked he was helping us. We gave him a run for his money and at any point he could have thrown his hands up and walked away. If you are making an appointment work with Seth! When we didn’t understand Conor also came over and explained and was patient and helpful. I would only ever go back to Carmax and see Seth! Thank you so much for everything!!
