The installation crew was outstanding! The store staff was good and we’re very pleased with how it all turned out.

Randall was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and made the whole process easy. The pricing was also much better than other places we shopped

Carpet Exchange does not disappoint. Mike was great to work with - but really anytime we stopped in the store, all staff was attentive as needed. Product and price was great - but especially important was the installation and they did an awesome job.
