Friendly, helpful, and fast! Only iced right away that their tellers don't stand behind the counter. If there is no line, they wait in the lobby to greet you. I don't need that, but it's a small touch that indicates their value of making the customer feel welcome - and they're doing a good job!

This place is a complete waste of time. Everything is brand new and they have several people standing around but nobody can help you do anything. My poor father with dementia can't get anyone to help him deposit a check and they laugh at him and whisper remarks. Very unprofessional and lazy

Easily the worst experience I've had at any bank I've ever been too and I'm 75. Just skip this bank and go to any other

As a CHASE member, I stopped at another Chase location to have a form notarized. I was informed that they were too busy and could not perform a 2 minute notary for the entire day. I left and came to this Chase location and was also informed that they were too busy to notarize 1 piece of paper. I went to my other non-Chase bank that notarized my form with a smile. I can't believe that this bank has so many bad reviews for poor customer service/notary and still has not done anything to improve it? I will be moving my accounts elsewhere.

How do you spell "Incompetence or Discriminatory "? C-H-A-S-E. Although, yesterday we thought perhaps it means "Chase your money and good luck getting it!". A couple of weeks ago, I called our local branch to ask how I could cash out my Retirement Money Market account. We were told no problem; you can just go through the drive through. Great. I explained that my husband has Parkinson's Disease and I have had half of my body amputated. Yep - everything below my ribs was cut off. Point being, it's not easy for us to get out and about. Drive through? Excellent. Told this to each person I talked to as well as providing the account number each time. Go to the drive through teller, where Tatiana said they couldn't possibly do that. She wrote a number to call to take care of it. Go home, call the number. Oh wait: I needed to call another number. Which I did. Keep in mind that I gave each one if them the account number, type of account, and explaining the difficulty along the way. Oh, wait: I need to actually call Retirement Services. Which I do. Kiril says that we need to go inside the bank for this. What??? We were at the bank, drive through teller and this wasn't mentioned? Ok. I call this branch to inquire about seeing someone on a Saturday, if possible. Otherwise my husband has to take off time from work which he is not paid for. Good news! I have an appointment with Blaise (I know, right?) Saturday at 11:30. After an hour with him, turns out they need a voucher number, WHICH THEIR BANK ASSIGNED!, yet they can't find it. They have had my money so long that they can't give it to me. Madison says she needs to speak with her supervisor or she would be fired for trying to help us. Supervisor, Angela Diceson (not sure of spelling, but you get it). Her day off. Then, we are told that they need to call Retirement Svcs, but, oh wait; they are closed on Saturday. just can't make this sh@# up. We are told we have to come back in during the week. More wages lost to get my own freakin money. Never, ever bank with Chase and for sure not in Parker. Is it too much to ask that ALL of their employees receive basic training??? And Customer Service? Forget about it!

Chase Bank Stroh Ranch. WOW. Called sat to make app. with bank to set up LLC account. Was told Chad was the person that I needed to see. Lady took name, info and said he would return my call on Monday. Tried to call 11 times at main number for that location on Monday. No one answering phones. Literally thought it was a holiday that I over looked. Still no return call after lunch. Went down to bank in person around 1:30. Chad now at lunch. Asked if there was someone else that could help. Nope. Also asked if I could leave another message for Chad. No problem as she took the info again. I asked if they had someone answering phones and she replied they are busy. I looked around and saw no customers and a couple of staff chatting. The bank is now closed and still no Chad. Apparently he is to busy at least return a call and my money is not good enough for them. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!

After 36 years of banking with Chase we were notified our accounts were was being closed - without any warning or reason at 2 pm this afternoon. ALL of our banking has been with this company - automatic deposits and distributions for bills, savings, etc. - has been suspended. No reason has been given. My husband has called them, asked questions, has received no clear reason for WHY this occurring. We have asked what we did to trigger such reaction and no clear answer has been given other than they will send us a check for our holdings. They no longer want to do business with us. Seems very suspicious when no bounced checks or suspicious activity has been detected in our accounts - no overdrawn accounts or bounced checks. We have a surplus balance in ALL of our accounts and no debt. I strongly suggest you be careful if you want to do business with this company.
