Being a factory outlet store they have discounts and promotions regularly. The staff is helpful too in case you have any questions.
The clearance section is nicely arranged based on clothing size . That’s a plus as most other stores just mix all the sizes in clearance section.”

“I had an amazing experience today I'm so obsessed with Jcpenneys and the customer service is top notch the workers are very friendly, and knowledgeable. Today I went to the makeup session and Autumn and the other associates were amazing I was greeted and helped right away which I love. They helped me find everything I needed and Autumn who checked me out is a sweetheart she was very friendly and kept a smile on her face. She made my shopping experience smooth. “I was buying some shirts online and was having difficulty…they were running out. I was visiting the Denver area a week ago and decided to go to the Castle Rock store to see if they could help me.
Trinity and Chauncy, both dropped what they were doing and immediately started helping me with my order before Gap ran out of the shirts I liked. They were both so helpful and friendly to me and I hope management sees this review and thanks them. When I returned home to Hershey, Pa., the shirts were out of stock. When I checked online, I found the sweater with an additional 40% off—not marked as a final sale item. I called the store to ask about the price difference, and Randy was prompt, professional, and super kind. “Shelves were stocked, not necessarily in size order, but they did have stuff in stock. You had to check around the area because they were mixed, probably from people putting things back wrong. The staff were busy but available for assistance when asked. Not too long of a check out line. It's in a large shopping center so you can find parking; maybe not really close, but there are usually some spots open.”
“This is a new store on the lower level of the Park Meadows Mall. They have a large selection of clothing for both men and women in various different styles. The customer service is good, but the employees stay mainly around the registers with ringing up customer sales. I was able to find something here I liked that was both stylish and reasonably priced. Checkout was fast and easy.”
“I have sold and purchased items here several times and am typically happy with everything. I go in knowing I’m not going to make top dollar for the items I’m selling and am genuinely happy to get any money back to put towards purchases for my 4 children. My kids like that they have different items than their friends which is what happens when you shop at big name retailers. My most recent experience was less than pleasant however. I messaged several times asking about items they were currently purchasing since their Facebook page hadn’t been updated in four months but never received any response. I didn’t want to bring everything in while wrangling my toddler if I didn’t have to. I finally went in and the lady at the front took maybe two minutes to look through 3 full bags (I was the only one in the store so it’s not that she had to hurry) and set aside 2 items. When I mentioned not having my efforts to contact them responded too I was simply told that responses are not done in their store and they don’t have anyone currently hired to respond to questions via the website/Facebook page or answer the phones and that I will have to physically come in to see what items their looking for. I will return as this is an efficient way to purchase clothing for my children however I hope they will spend a little more time actually looking at items brought in and will figure out the social media and communication sources.”
