Business owners BEWARE! We have a medical practice and were introduced to Peter Smith; Mr. Smith was late to the first appointment and his manager had to call and get him to show up. The alarming part is when discussing our loan options where a business plan is required, Mr. Smith refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement or even provide an email confirming any form of confidentiality with our plan and proposal. I was referred to BOK Financial by a colleague who was trying to help, since then I have found out that Mr. Smith only helps his buddies and has been known to do shady business. Protect yourself and your business and bank elsewhere. On a positive note Mario Valdez did a wonderful job taking care of us and showed what customer service should be, it is unfortunate that Mr. Smith I also spoke with Mr. Smith’s boss who shared a very fake concern while on the phone with Mr. Smith and proceeded to show us exactly where Mr. Smith learned this behavior by lack of follow up and care yet again. This place is definitely not a good business.

REFUSED TO DEPOSIT ROLLED CHANGED INTO MY EXISTING ACCOUNT!!! So first of all I have been rolling saved change for years. I have brought rolled change to countless banks over the last 15 years and not a single one has ever said they wouldn't exchange it. So when I walked into MY bank, BOK on Cottonwood, I wouldn't have guessed in a million years they would flat out refuse to accept it. It is pre-rolled and checked on a scale at my house before I even bring it so I know 100 percent they are correct. But this has never been an issue. The two workser said they did not have a change counter and so could not help me. However, it is rolled change. Most banks in the past have weighed the rolls, but ok. Not only did the two workers refuse, but they talked down to me and made me feel as though I was lowly and petty for bringing in change. They offhandely suggested I go to Soopers across the street and use the coin saver there and lose the 10 percent...and unroll all the change that is perfectly new and acceptable rolls. Flaberghausted, I walked out to the car and simply called the other BOK which is 10 times farther away. I asked them if not accepting rolled changed was policy now or if I could do so at their location, as I was just refused from my normal one. The BOK on mainstreet were super friendly and curtious and said come on over andn well deposit it right now for you before we close. SO long short, if you are dealing with BOK I highly recommend going to the Main St. store instead of this one.

I was just wondering if you knew the company your company hires to clean your banks in Parker, CO Environment Control, completely over charges you for their service. Every single person that cleans one of your banks only takes about 45 mins total but charges you for 1.5-2 hrs of work. I asked Allison one of the managers why this was when I worked there and she said we just do what the owner says. I worked for this company for about 2 months when I finally got tired of wasting my time with this unethical company.

I had a client write me a check for just under $5000 from BOK financial. My mobile banking only allows $3000, so I thought I would just go to the local BOK.I called BOK and told them I needed to cash a check and the amount. The person on the phone asks “Are you a client?” I said “no, I am not.” So he says “I am sorry, we do not cash checks that size for non-clients.”I asked "Why?" He just said "its just our policy."I said "so now I have to call the client and tell them that it will take a little longer because I your bank will not cash the check."Like a robot, he says "I'm sorry, it our policy."Any person trained in any customer service would know that he should have asked about getting me signed up. He messed that up for sure, because I would have likely opened an account.

My 3 year old had to go tinkle while we were pumping gas at the King Soopers Cottonwood. So I unbuckle her while my husband finished pumping and run her to the closest business - BOK Bank. I am greeted at the door by a young man and I ask him “can my little girl please use your bathroom?†He looks at me and asks “Are you a client?†And I say “Well no...†and he says “I am sorry our rest rooms are only for clients.†So I ask him, “You are seriously not going to let my three year old use your bathroom?†And he just looks at me and says “Sorry, company policy.†Ok so I definitely never WILL be a client at BOK Bank, that is for damn sure. Just wanted to share. There is a special place in hell. I thought about it - neither of my kids have 529 accounts yet. We are always searching for a good financial advisor. Anyone associate with BOK bank will never have my family's business. Thanks for letting me vent.

Went into the bank today. When it was my turn at the teller line I asked if I could inquire about opening an account. I was told, oh not today, it's the first of the month and we are too busy. Well let me tell you I kept my composure, but boy did I want to say something. I did do a transaction with her, but her focus was on the other teller and not me. I just came from working at a bank for over 11 years and that wouldn't have been accepted. My first thought came to mind was when Julia Roberts went shopping on Rodeo Dr. and the store wouldn't help her, that's how I felt. Went down the street to 1st Bank and was treated as I should have been. Shame on Colorado State Bank & Trust. You need some customer service training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
