I just wanted to take a minute to leave a review about my VERY POSITIVE shopping experience at Cosmoprof in Parker.First, I was immediately greeted when I entered, and politely asked if I needed any help finding anything. I didn’t but thanked her..she was so polite.I later found out her name was Wendy, the manager.I stopped in for one specific item …and unfortunately they didn’t have the item I was looking for at the time -but she said that they are getting shipments almost daily & would most likely have it in a short amount of time. I asked if she would call the Castle Rock store, as I was needing it soon. She said she would and kindly made the call. They were busy and told her that they would call her back-so, I told her I would check as I lived fairly close: Wendy offered me a different size at a discounted price to save me the time & travel hassle. This was excellent customer service at its finest! I was impressed!I know that others have not had as excellent of service at this location -but, she really cares about this store and has made changes (including staff) to improve the overall customer service experience in this location.I am all about second chances…hopefully if you had a bad experience-your next visit will be as great as mine!

This specific store is around the corner from my salon suite. I am there at least 1x a week. Everyone there is so helpful and warm.Specifically, Wendy, who helped me to resolve a return issue that another Cosmoprof store could not.They are my go to spot for all of my salon supply needs!

Customer service isn’t here anymore. People don’t want to work till their scheduled times of operation or they do but they don’t wanna have customers coming in and purchasing the products they “sale” so why even have a store? wasted my time when i literally saw the girl inside counting money with the doors locked before 3:50

Went to just get a hair styling spray and was told that I can’t purchase it because “You’re not a licensed professional”. What a joke. It’s some hair styling stuff. It doesn’t say anywhere that you have to have a license to buy anything.

My mom and I went into the Cosmoprof in Parker as we typically do. This time was however the worst customer service experience I have had anywhere. Typically we are greeted upon entry or at least acknowledged by an employee while doing our shopping. Today there were 2 young ladies behind the counter one rang us up and told us that the other one doesn't work there she is just a friend behind the counter. I asked why weren't me greeted or acknowledged the one that works there said she just started in June and was still learning what she can and can't do.I am not a rocket scientist but just taking a wild guess customer service is probably allowed and a friend behind the counter might not be. I have been shopping her sin e the location opened and I will not go back. If I could have left a negative star I would have. To make matters worse we were not thanked for shopping there.

I've been shopping at this location for a little over 2 years. This year has been a challenge obviously however I strongly believe that the employees at this location have no control over what comes in on shipment. Cosmoprof is owned by Sally's Beauty , so basically typical corporate America on how things are run. Imagine a pyramid if you will, on the tippy top you have Big Ol' CEO, CEOS etc they control everything. And seeing that during the Pandemic numbers went down. So it kinda means less $$ for the big Bosses and their family. You can imagine how the housewives/mistresses/ spoiled kids reacted when they hear Daddy's Company is slow. In order to keep their fabulous lifestyles they had to cut money somewhere... starting from the middle of the pyramid all the way down to those slimy,rude,nasty little button feeders we call Store Employees. First, they cut jobs at the warehouses, logistics and upper management. THEN they cut store working hours by half. Basically no one but the manager on salary is there full time and maybe 1 to 2 employees working 10hrs a week @ min wage. Corporate also told these Bottom Feeders that they CANNOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, like the stuff that goes on the shelves. LLC has voiced concerns if employees mentioned this to consumers as it could result in termination. So literally there is nothing these rude bottom feeders can do but get yelled at by stylists day in and day out, which honestly I can understand why the workers are sometimes moody. Then again you must have been one of the customers that always complains and bitches about the stock, because I have always had a fun time in this store chatting with the girls here.

I like to think I'm pretty patient and understanding. But that only goes so far sometimes. First off, the staff is rarely friendly so don't expect that when you go, but my biggest complaint is that I cannot tell you how many times I've come here to purchase something and it's out of stock. Come to think of it, every time I go the shelves are basically bare! So I end up going to a different one almost every time. I finally went recently again and sure enough, they're completely out of literally everything I was there for. I finally asked the manager about it and that it seems to be the case often, she sort of treated me like I was an annoying customer. She then told me that they get there shipments in on Fridays so that's why, I just need to come back then... well it was Monday, so either you're so popular and busy and people are just buying eveything in the first two days, which seems unlikely, OR you're just not doing inventory well. I definitely won't be coming back again even though this location is a lot more convenient for me.

According to OSHA regulations and the state of Colorado, businesses cannot lock their customers in the store during business hours. If it's for covid, to keep a certain amount of customers in the store, the employees should be standing outside regulating how many people come inside. Monday July 27 at 12:15pm, we were locked inside and the ladies working were extremely rude to the shoppers and the phone call they answered at 12:20pm over a promotion. The larger girl was swinging the keys around at the entrance waiting for us to leave.

I came into this store a couple of weeks ago to return/exchange some items that I no longer needed and hadn't been used. I was asking the lady that seemed to be in training- what their policy was on that because of COVID. The lady in training had turned to her boss to confirm their new policy and the manager just stared at myself and the other employee. This went on for about 10 second before I walked out with all of my stuff. I totally understand that policies have changed cause of all the craziness; but these employees really need to work on customer service. The manager with pink hair was absolutely no help and I could tell the trainee was embarrassed especially when I started to walk out. I will now be avoiding this location specifically because of the employees.
