My daughter accidentally broke her glasses, they fixed them no problem. So beyond grateful. I'm also super impressed with the kindness and patience they exhibit when dealing difficult customers.

I had about 10 minutes before I had to leave, and I thought I’d check the frames out and have to come back to finish ordering them another time. But Amy came over right away, helped me find frames I liked, and got the order in before I had to leave. 5 star service!

I came here to see if I could get a better deal on replacing the lenses in an old pair of frames than at my doctor's office and boy was that a good move! Customer service was also very high quality. Erin walked us through the cost and lens materials in a very effective manner and her help is very appreciated!
