The staff inside made me feel like they thought they were superior to me. This didn't make me upset or sad because I know it's not true, but the fact that the guy spoke to me in a condescending way really put me off.

Normally I don’t post negative reviews, but everything that had transpired at this branch I will never set foot back here. I was told by the teller that I could overdraw my account and utilize a cashiers check to pay a bill since I had a larger deposit coming in. A few days later I get a voicemail from the teller saying they cannot honor the payment because the funds were not there and they voided the check. When I went to the bank to ask the teller what happened, I was intercepted by the branch manager who told me she was the one who stopped the payment and threw in my face the negative credit history I once had (even though I paid my debts a long time ago and have a good history with the bank) with that I left without a word and will never return to this location.

I'd had enough of Chase, no issues with the local branch just overall an uninspiring business relationship. I set up a few accounts with the CU to see how they are. I've had several interactions with their customer service department. Short hold times, helpful representatives, and you get the general impression they enjoy their jobs and want to help you. I've since closed all my other accounts and transferred all of my business to CUof CO.

So, initially when I applied for my home loan, I was told that I had to be a member of the credit union to get a loan here, but when I explained that I was moving instate from a different state, I was told it was ok,m; they would still give me a loan. BUT after I went through the entire home loan process, I was told that they couldn't in fact give me a loan 'cause I wasn't a credit union member. Such a waste of time. Don't go here.

We parked in the credit union parking lot to go inside to talk to them about a home improvement loan. The guard there came outside and told us, in an unkind way, "no parking here, it's for members only". He didn't want to hear what we had to say. Not giving my business to them. Will go to Air Academy instead.

Terrible customer service. The teller in drive thru lane expressed poor understanding for check deposit that needed to be made. I wish I knew the tellers name to call her out with her superiors of lack of customer attention. It’s amazes me how people truly lack any type of empathy or care to help out. I guess doing the bare minimum is what counts and collecting the paycheck is what it’s all about. I thought this organization was driven by supporting its members. Kudos to this teller at the parker location, I just say that she was right they were closing but she refused to help me since I needed a check deposit it would have been quick. The famous snowstorm of 3/13/21 was only raining but my inconvenience was going to make her get stuck in the snow when it was 1 and there was no accumulation as of yet. Thanks ! Cuofco I couldn’t get access to funds I needed. Appreciate your caring for your members.

Hmm what do you call a business that will take your deposits in any amount, but only give it back to you in increments of 2500/ day? Tried to cash a Cashiers check from this bank(who one of their members had gave me for the purchase of an item), they told me They could order the funds and in 4 days they would have the money ready for pick up, oh and by the way there is a 3% fee. Really??? I am sure they took the money out of their customers account the day he obtained the Cashiers check. #badbusiness #neverdobusinesswiththem

Wow! All I can say is Wow! For almost 6 weeks we struggled to complete our new 2019 RAM purchase. Calls, emails, and "he said, she said" between the bank and the dealership went on for weeks, until we met Rachel Reyes. Within 48 hours Rachel took charge and completed our purchase right away. She not only took responsibility she drove 45 minutes from downtown Denver to Castle Rock to meet me at the DMV so that I could get my plates before we left town. I have never seen this level of service for banking in my life. Thank you so much Rachel for all your help. It is refreshing to know customer service is still alive!
