I had a prescription that was out of stock at my go-to CVS, and I heard this one likely had it in stock. I called and left a message early in the day, and didn't hear back, so I decided to go into the store. This was around 4:00 on a Saturday.
The employee I talked to said they had it in stock, and to just give them 15 minutes. So then after about 15 minutes I got a voicemail saying that my prescription was accidently deleted. I decided to go to the counter and talk to them. The employee said that it was accidentally deleted and their was nothing they could do to recover it. She blamed it on AI - I wish I was kidding but she literally said that!!
I tried to work with her to see if I could get a couple of pills to hold me over, as I have gotten emergency supplies for my medications before. Nothing, nada, she wasn't able to help me at all. BTW, this is for a beta blocker, not a narcotic. She said I needed to have my physician call it in. Tried calling my neurologist and they have no after hours support, and called the after hours line for my PCP but they weren't able to help.
In any case, my insurance changed from using Walgreens to CVS. I ended up calling Walgreens since they still have my info, and it sounds like they might be able to help me out.
Avoid this CVS location if you can! I wish I could give it negative 5 stars.

We have only gone to two pharmacy's since moving to Parker and shifted to CVS after 5 months mostly due to convivence. I would say the past 9 years we have had mostly good experiences here. (3.5-4.0 average) . This evening was the exception and was overwhelmed by the warm, friendly and incredibly helpful staff, especially the pharmacy tech. She went above and beyond to help me get a discount coupon applied to a pricey medication even calling a support rep when the computer wouldn't accept the coupon code. I won't name her but you will know who she is if you are blessed as I was to have her serve you. She was professional, friendly and overflowed with joy and a desire to help her customers. We also needed so assistance from the Pharmacist and he was quite professional and friendly as well despite my visit nearing their closing time.

Absolutely horrible customer service! 3 people working and the phone was ringing off the hook. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I've taken my business to Walmart. Suggest you do the same!
Back Story: I had just been diagnosed with Strep Throat and was in pain.
Issues
1. Main pharmacy tech spoke broken English at best.
2. CVS claimed they couldn't see the order my Dr. sent in 60 minutes prior. They claimed it can take some time to show up in the system (60 minutes)? I realize it can't be filled instantly but I needed to verify if they had at least received it!
3. CVS Tech said to call my Dr which I did and they said they had received a confirmation of the prescription they sent.
4. Waited 15 minutes in line and again, CVS said they had no record of it. (Quick note, the two other pharmacy ladies just stood behind the counter and chuckled).
At this point I told them I'd take my business somewhere else. And I did! Walmart was awesome and even expedited my order when the Dr. sent another request in (Same System as used by CVS and my DR),
Walmart Kudos!
1. They have 5 people working at the prescriptions counter
2. They spoke English and were very nice.
3. They even offered to expedite my order and had it done while I was at the counter!
My promise to CVS:
1. You will never get another dollar from me and any of my family members.
2. I'll spread and share this with everyone I know.
Time to wake up and listen to your customers CVS, we still have options. Also, take a look at all your 1-star reviews.....I don't think you even care! #CVS #Walmart

Always crowded and takes forever for someone to attend you. Low staffed, and usually they are overworked and stressed all the time. Give them a break and just avoid this place unless you don't have anything else to do. There are other pharmacy options within a 5 minute drive.. One good thing is, this is 24-hour location.

Horrible Pharmacy!!! The pharmacist Bara and the tech, don’t know his name but has red hair are the worse. The made my girlfriend so upset she left there crying. She went there on my behalf to return an item that I already had and paid for twice because I didn’t pay close attention when I picked up my prescription. They belittle her and made her feel like she was incompetent. I went there to see what the “HELL” happen and to get my refund! Bara was so defensive and would not listen to me side of the conversation. Finally after arguing with him, he said he would refund me what I paid for a device that I already had, to day which has been over 3 weeks no refund has been credited to my bank account! They are the worst pharmacy and pharmacist in the CVS company! I switched to the one on Lincoln avenue closer to my house and the are the best. They even told me that they’ve had many customers switch because of the awful experience and customer service at 20 Mile CVS. DON’T go there!!

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and waited 1 hour, 15 minutes to get a flu shot, no one was ahead of me in line and they were fully staffed. I checked with the pharmacy 3 times and they continuously told me "just another minute". Consider going anywhere else.

Lines can be long but the people are nice and helpful. Never had an issue with medication not being in stock.

While it can be busy, I have never had a bad experience with this Pharmacy. The workers are kind, caring, and have gone the extra mile to help me when medication/insurance created issues.

Nasty and inconsiderate people work here. I was trying to work out a situation for an rx refill and the person that was helping me was so incredibly rude and was not listening to a thing I was trying to explain to her. I had called earlier and spoke with another attendant and once they explained what appeared to have happened on their end and she realized their was nothing further she wanted to help me with, I was promptly hung up on. I was so hopeful when I called the second time when the woman seemed more willing to help. Her mood quickly turned sour when I explained my situation to her and she was not comprehending what my dilemma was. It was then that she also promptly hung up on me. The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. I will be moving my entire family to another pharmacy. Such a bummer because it was so convenient since I work at the target. But I would rather travel farther and be treated with a modicum of respect than ever give my business to them again.
