Found a long brown hair in my food and was very noticeable. Why don't your workers wear hairnets. It's disgusting. Threw it away and was a complete waste of time and money.

Honestly, all I've ever done here is drive through, for blizzards. I can't speak to the rest of their food or the indoor ambiance. If you want a very thick milkshake to eat with a spoon, this is the place. Unless you want a super-premium one, then go to crave burger.

Went in for a rootbeer float and the cashier didn’t have a clue how to properly make one. As it couldn’t figure it out the portions didn’t fill the large cup that I ordered so it transferred the order to a medium cup and handed my order to me after a significant waiting period. As I unhappily tried to eat my dessert I kept getting nuts or chocolate but apparently something that didn’t belong in a float, I had to throw the order away because I was too disgusted to go on. I quit going to this location after multiple visits with bad service.

Alexa G. Was professional and on point. She made sure everything was correct on my order, one original double combo with no pickles, one large blizzard, Oreo, side salad, couple of dressings, and a small blizzard Heath. She was not in a rush, but she also was conscientious of others but she made sure she got everything right the first time. Then confirming the order before I drove off. Thank you, Alexa.

I was there yesterday with my son, and servers Milo and Kaylee are so nice! Like old-school polite, friendly - we had meals with ice cream and Kaylee offered to get the ice cream when we were done with lunch so it wouldn't melt. How nice was that?? When I went to the counter later to get ice cream, Milo offered to bring it to us. In a time when customer service is not great, this was SUCH a wonderful experience. (I had a girl at Sky Zone tell me she "wasn't good at months" when I asked when my son's jump pass was going to expire.) THANK YOU MILO AND KAYLEE!!

everytime i go to this dairy queen they never give me buffalo sauce i think i got it one time and that was when i asked for 2 they gave me 1 they also gave me 5 chicken strips instead of 6 and like 10 fries (not exaggerating) it’s very good but they never can do anything

Young girl at register with 10 people in line !She did a awesome job and kept working it. She was so kind and apologetic and we told her she was doing fantastic job. Had peanut buster parfee and brownie Carmel delight . Both were worth the drive.

We grabbed an ice cream cake. The person helping me was really nice and friendly. They decorated it while I waited. It only took a few minutes.

Everything went fine. I’m just not a fan of my phone being taken from my hand so they can scan it to pay from out of possession and view. This was through the drive thru window.

The drive thru was super busy so I went inside. There were a few employees hustling which I appreciated. There was one young man wearing AirPods that was constantly readjusting and touching them which I thought was pretty gross. He also sneezed while making a blizzard and barely turned his head to avoid sneezing directly on the blizzard. GROSS! I'm glad he wasn't making my blizzard but someone got a germy blizzard
