Service experience was horrible there.
3 Trips, kept adding on new repairs to cover past mistakes, Will never be back.
Went and just grabbed my truck and left. Called the cops and said I stole my vehicle, the guy is a liar. Do not trust Tom he is a crook and needs to be put on notice.

Not very impressed. While in the office Tom (the owner) and mechanics were arguing. (Not a good sing) Originally quoted 197.00 for a manual regen of the particulate filter. Then charged 300.00 for a bolt to hold down the air box. (A bolt!) Then charged again for a regen. Then quoted over $4,500.00 for a new particulate filter. I declined and picked up my truck. I asked why the bill was so high and without blinking an eye they lowered it. When I picked it up there was no CEL and it was running fine. Driven a few hundred miles and no CEL. Why try and charge me for a new particulate filter? I feel like they will take advantage. Be ware!!!
May be time to retire Tom.

I have had my diesel trucks serviced at Diesel Repair and Performance for 20 years and have found them to be very honest, reliable and fair in their pricing. Recently, my check engine light came on and I dropped off the truck to have a diagnostic performed. Tom, the owner called to let me know the issue was transmission related and not something they could repair. Not only did he recommend a local transmission repair shop he trusted but he also had one of his techs drop the truck off at that shop for no charge. That is what I call "excellent customer service." I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know who needs diesel engine repair performed.Kevin W.

Called for emissions and was told to bring the truck in. Got here first thing and was told to drop it off and they'd get to it....a 15 hour detour from Dallas to California to waste my time.

Needed a complete overhaul of our Supercharger and front end on our Chevy 3500. Tom and gang did a great job fixing all the issues, explaining what was needed and was very honest about the variable nature of some parts of the bill. A very straight shooter and very fair. Would recommend Diesel Repair & Performance. Only wished we didn't live in AZ now, would certainly be my go-to mechanic.Services: Transmission

I was traveling and heading to Denver with a minor problem on a Thursday with my Duramax. I called to talk about my problem and the guy seemed kind of rude and couldn't help me till Monday. I found a dealership on my way that got me fixed up first customer in the morning. I'm glad I went elsewhere.

Love Tom's no BS approach to business. Always takes care of me. If your not a right wing, red blooded American who loves your country, this might not be the shop for you. If you're a patriot, spend your money with a veteran owned business like this.

Just called to schedule an emissions and the gentleman I spoke with "Tom" was very rude and told me my vehicle is 4 wheel drive and they couldn't work on it and hung up on me. Not sure how HE knows what type of vehicle I have.?♀️ It is indeed a rear wheel drive and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
