The guys here are awesome. The first time I came here my car was experiencing transmission issues. They didn’t try to push me to replace it because my car is a 2011 Nissan Murano and has an extremely expensive transmission. They told me it would be more cost effective to buy a new vehicle and to keep driving my Nissan until it couldn’t drive anymore. I’m mindful of how far I drive from home, but a year later my car is still operating and it’s definitely saving me some money. I also got a coupon for a free oil change at my next visit. The second time I came in, I brought my car in for an oil change. They honored the coupon and the oil change was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Probably no more than 20 minutes.

Walk away or run if possible. I was told if it took over 4 hours they would Lyfe me home. All is well. Well the next day there was no Lyft back. Why? I refused the recommended work and I didnt live within Parker. Not my words, obviously. Wow class act company. I'm disable and you took my only transportation and told me to find my own way back. Good luck! ****Unfortunate for you that I can edit my review after such a alarming response. BBB will love it, keep talking. I see you fail to see I'm a consumer and what that entitles. A company should not be in business if you cant offer a service without blaming the customer for taking advantage to those service. Hence why your searching for customers on Groupon. Lets go into detail adding your input. Appointment @ 9 a.m., arrived for appointment and ask very simple consumer questions; how long will it take, what service will be performed, how much does you shop charge per hour? EAGLE: these service usually take 2 hrs. If it exceed 4 hours we will provide complementary shuttle service. I have 2 master mechanics and we charge $150 hr. All is well. So I leave walking/exercising for 3 hours. Enough time to walk to Wal-Mart, get my toes done, and have brunch at a local establishment. 5 miles round trip 3 hrs. Along my walk I stop at 3 car shops to quote the service of Eagle. I learned that each one of these shops charge $85 hr., stark differences. FYI $150 hr. are dealer and 18 wheeler rates for "hours of service." Now let's address what your business has claim they dont understand because that incompetence will be costly and just make you seem like a child is making the decision for your business. You would think such a premium pricing you would receive premium service like a shuttle. I didnt offer myself a Lyft. I know how to work Lyft and Uber services. Why would I have you call me a Lyft and you havent touch my car in three hours. I could just get in my car and leave. Why? Because you wanted the business so you offered those services, I didn't ask. Let's tell the truth Eagle. Other real facts conveniently left out by your response is the $800 quote I denied that you have made very clear you wasnt happy about. Future customers see what's happening, your smart enough to draw your own conclusions because this company is clearly out of touch. Firstly, reach out to any company that provide shuttle service and ask; as a company am I responsible for bringing the customer back from where I shuttle them to or should the customer figure out their way back if I have there vehicle? This will help you learn best business practices. Secondly, dont offer coupons with any expectation? This is consumer fraud. You cant shame your customers by curhursion. No means no. Forcing the customer into such a position because the refused service is below me and thats why I refused to have you call me a Lyft I would have had to pay for. I know how to work Lyft. Do you see where I going with this or you cant follow what I'm saying. FYI $135 to replace a O2 censors I brought with the diagnosis report. This job takes a master mechanics 5 mins customers. Do yourself a favor and go across to Auto Zone. They will loan you the tools call O2 censors tools. It took me 10 mins and Im not a mechanic. What Eagle didnt know is I grew up in a shop. My father has own his shop for 45 yrs on the East coast and I can see a fraud shop a mile away. Stop robbing your customers. I said it!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Amazing experience! I brought my Sequoia in for a service and I had some other maintaining to do. I did my due diligence and got a second opinion and it turned out that Aaron recommended just what I needed and a competitor quoted me for unnecessary repairs. They went above and beyond with their service!!! I highly recommend this shop!
