ZERO STARS. I was completely scammed by this store and the "manager', Christina, who also says she's the 'regional GM' then said she's the 'owner' is awful and will cheat you out of your money. I ordered an $100 arrangement for same day delivery for a bday gift for my sister. She didn't receive it same day after an error on their delivery drivers end - which Christina refuses to accept although HER employee confirmed it and on top of that it was the WRONG arrangement that was way less expensive then the one I purchased. Classic bait and switch. I would've never known if my sister didn't send me pictures! They are taking your money and sending a lesser valued product! Then when they did deliver it the next day it was so gross, chocolate melted all over and fruit was not fresh. I was told I'd get a FULL refund, including delivery fee, which I did not receive. When I called back for it. Christina just yelled over me and hung up. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wow! I see why they have such POOR reviews and I should've believed it!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Horrible. Said they would do something and no. Called and left a message expecting some form of reply or response and nothing. Customer service a zero, customer satisfaction a zero.

ZERO stars! My sister ordered a $100 arrangement for same day delivery as a birthday gift for me. I did not receive this arrangement, same day, due to the delivery drivers error. The associates first claimed delivery was complete, I didn't receive anything. They then stated they attempted delivery, no one answered the door or their call. After providing proof that no one even knocked on my door or called me, they decided to deliver the next day. Come to find out, the driver wrote down the incorrect address and phone number. When they finally did deliver, the arrangement was disgusting. The chocolate was melted and the fruit was not fresh. It went straight in the trash. They actually delivered an arrangement that had been in a van all day the day before, didn't even attempt to remake it. I later learned, the arrangement delivered wasn't even the arrangement that was ordered. Complete scam! BELIEVE the negative reviews, this place is terrible! Poor quality arrangement, delivered a day late and horrible customer service.

Awesome customer service! Spoke to Taylor 9/20/23 and she assisted me with my online order questions, she was so kind and assured me she would track my order to make sure it was in good order. This Edible Parker store ROCKS!

I can’t believe this location is still open and with the same rude employees after all of the terrible reviews! I wish I had read them before ordering from here. The woman who answers the phone, Barb, is extremely rude and unhelpful! (And that’s putting it nicely). It was late in the day and the recipient hasn’t received their arrangement so I called to ask for a timeframe for delivery. Barb said, AND I QUOTE, “It will get there when it gets there.” I was appalled! When you’re paying almost $100 for a fruit arrangement, the least they could do is give you some idea of delivery time and be courteous! This is unacceptable. I keep seeing the owner responding to bad reviews, yet nothing has changed. I will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements after this experience. Hopefully this can save someone else from having the same awful experience the rest of us had!

I went online and placed and order for same day delivery (as it was being advertised) and paid the same day fee of $18 at 1:11pm. I got a call at 1:23 that they cannot deliver the order today and it'll go out tomorrow. I said okay, please refund me the same day shipping charge. She said no. I asked why not, she said she can't, that’s corporates problem. Why did the website let me pay for same day if I can't even get same day and had I chose tomorrow, it would've been free? I asked to cancel the order. She said okay then last minute says I'll only be refunded 50%. For an order I just placed for today and was told 10mins later they're unable to fulfill? She didn't let me speak, was rude, talked over me, laughed to the point I had to hang up. She then calls me back to quickly say your order has been refunded 50% and hangs up. She claims to be a store manager. This is for my friend whose father just died and it's her first Father's Day without him. What an absolute disappointment. I am utterly shocked that they’re keeping money for services not rendered and they didn’t even put together an order, or deliver it. The only one inconvenienced was me for my money and time spent dealing with them.

The arrangement looked fabulous and was received well by the recipient. Also, the driver took an extra step and called to make sure someone would get it. It was really appreciated.

Purchased an expensive Mothers Day gift package and it was definitely NOT up to Edible Arrangements Standards. Fruit was terrible and flowers were black rotted and dead within two days. Will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements ever again. This was our third recent poor order. X-X-X. No more!

Absolutely LOVED the chocolate fruit my husband surprised me with! The delivery was so thoughtful and the quality was top notch!The flowers are gorgeous and I'm very grateful!!Bananas with tuxedo chocolate are my new favorite thing. ❤️

I just can not say enough bad things about this place. Their customer service is completely horrible, which is basically none. If you make the mistake from ordering here GOOD LUCK! My experience was terrible and I will definitely not ever buy from this company again. I plan to tell everyone I know about how horrible this store is and how awful my experience was. They simply do not care about you or anything once they have your money.The product is certainly overpriced, but for the occasion I decided to pay it, I ordered 10 days before my delivery. The product didn't show up until after the receiver had already left for the day so it all went to waste! I called several times during the day of delivery and their standard answer is we do not predict or guarantee delivery times.This was a waste of money and left someone very disappointed in not receiving a gift on a special day and I was left trying to explain away for this company's refusal to care at all.Never again. This place just plain sucks.

Worse valentine’s gift I could’ve chosen I received my order at almost 10pm at night while waiting almost all day on it, was not happy at all and strawberries were sour so not buying from here ever again.

Avoid this business! I had bad luck with this business several years ago where the fruit had gone bad and the personnel at the store was difficult and would not refund my money when I went back to the store to complain. I should never have bothered to try them again!I stupidly decided to try them again. I placed a home delivery order for several items for my husband to be delivered to him on New Years Eve Day December 31, 2022. I received three separate email confirmations, even receiving two of the order confirmations on New Years' Eve Day December 231, 2022. Mid-day on December 31, 2022, I received a call from an Angelino from the Cottonwood Store in Parker store that my order would not be coming. I called him back only to be to be told that he had a concern dealing with their drivers and that he had canceled my order. He was obnoxious and had a "Couldn't be bothered attitude".I complained via on-line "Contact Us" and messages left on voice messaging to the Corporate office and within an hour or so on December 31, 2022 received a return call from someone in Corporate. The person was very nice and told me that he could have the order for my husband arrive at our home for him on New Years' Day. I wasn't thrilled but agreed that the gift on New Years' Day would be fine. Nothing came on New Years' Day. I then left "Contact Us" comments to corporate and phone messages for Corporate and other than reference numbers from my online "Contact Us" comments have heard nothing back from Corporate since the December 31, 2022 call back where the order was then to come on New Years' Day 2023.I left messages for the Cottonwood location franchise owner, Cristina, to return my call. Cristina couldn't be bothered. I finally reached Cristina by phone on January 18, 2023, where she acknowledged receiving my requests for her to call me back and stated that she was aware of my complaints and had chosen not to call me back. She yelled and talked over me screaming that my complaint "will go nowhere since the order was refunded". Although I had never canceled the order, about a week after the order was to have been delivered Edible Arrangements did refund the credit card charge with the credit card billing showing the order as canceled. After screaming at me that my complaint would be going nowhere Cristina then hung up on me.

Holiday store hrs aren't updated on website. Ordered for pick up on Saturday (NYE). Confirmed on site. They did not make it until Monday. Now, unable to pick up order for past couple of days due to work. Disappointed with communication.

This is the worst store out there! I was treated very badly by some older woman who was extremely rude and hung up on me. If you cannot fill an order than you should not take it in the first place. I would not use this location if my life depended on it. I am going to also make a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The lady that I spoke to on the phone should be fired!
