These dudes have some of the worst attitudes. I know your job sucks but you don’t have to take it out on the customers. If you applied yourself and changed your attitude you’d probably have a better Job.

I waited an hour on Monday July 8th. I arrived at 4:00 and was tested and out by 5: 15. Only one lane was open.
Employees were very kind and did a great job. Once I got inside I was in and out and everyone was great.

Website said 25 minutes wait. The sign said 33 minutes when I got there. It took a solid 2 hours to get through. What's truly absurd is that we're forced to do these tests while we all wait, idling, unnecessarily polluting the air more than we would have otherwise done. All for nothing more than an OBD reading. The irony and absurdity are real.

Not bad. Line was a little long and their computers were down. Not anyone's fault it is a sign of the times

I was impressed by how fast a very long line of cars made it through. This is by far the fastest location due to their multiple open bays. Very organized. Stay away from the Parker location. At max they may have 2 bays open cuz that's all they have.

Staff was great but very long lines and wait times due to being understaffed. I definitely recommend checking times on their website, maybe using a farther location or plan on spending 1-2 hours there depending on day of the week. I've had 3 cars, mine and 2 family members, go through emissions in the last month and everyone took around 2 hours.
