Unfortunately our home had a nasty Lithium battery explosion, fire and bad smoke damage in Nov of 2022. We had to wait 3 months for our insurance to close the investigation and get start on mitigation. For our family of 4 this was one of the most traumatic events and we lost everything initially. It was difficult to know what to do, how cleanup goes, which businesses to trust and who had our interests too.We want to HIGHLY recommend Prism as we checked 3 other companies and Prism was local, truly showed empathy and worked with us if we had any needs. They are true professionals and also work with your insurance if questions or options need to be explored.What stands out is how they worked with my wife on packing our textiles, clothes, electronics and appliances out. It was more emotional than we thought it would be. Craig, Todd and Jill worked with us to provide an overview of the process, put together an estimation for our adjuster and then we worked together with them that day. We LOVED that they took safety as a priority and empathy for us. Although our insurance did not allow items to be replaced, Jill and her team understood what we needed to have cleaned and what we didn't with no judgement. They worked with us and provided great options. The smoke damage, extinguisher dust and other particles were so bad in our kitchen that their team did recommend replacement on items like a stove, microwave and Walter filtration system. Music to our ears as we do want the home to be safe upon return.If you are wading through the difficulty of a fire loss, please reach out on Yelp as we've learned a lot and it's a hard path. There is not really a manual or Yelp on all of this stuff all the time. But please know Priam and their team are great to work with and we are happy we chose them as they are not only good at what they do but have care and concern for the clients. I know it sounds odd, but when you are going through this process, it can be really hard to find companies who have a solid track record but also care.

Our home was involved in a Protein Smoke incident in May of 2022 where we had to open up a home insurance claim. Prism Specialties of CO took all of our items in our house (soft goods and electronics) and cleaned them. They were amazing to work with - some special call outs to Jill Markwood, Todd Tenebaum, Craig Jacobs, and Erik!Highlights of our experience:The team was completely swamped from the Louisville fire in January 2022 but that didn't stop them from going above and beyond for us. They helped get us everything we needed until 100% was returned by expediting multiple items. They first expedited some essentials (clothing, bedding) to get us by for a few weeks until our 'essentials for a month' were completed. They then helped rush our Wedding attire for a wedding we were a part of!When all of our items were returned, 100% of everything came back in perfect condition. They cleaned everything according to the label on our clothes, our curtains were dry cleaned, etc. They took better care of our items then we did. While I know that is a part of the service they provide as a standard I wanted to call it out here. They even helped put everything back in each room that it came from, including reinstalling our refrigerator, washer & dryer, and dishwasher.Their documentation and guidance was extremely helpful when working with the insurance company. They sent everything to the insurance agency with us in copy and made it so easy for us. We appreciated the way they helped us through this situation, as we had never done it before. It meant the world to us.Working with their team WAS AMAZING. They were kind, professional, funny, and personable. When ever I had a question, they were immediately available through phone or email, and often called me outside of working hours to answer my questions quickly. I really can not say enough in this recommendation.It is my hope that we never have to use a service like this again, but if we did, I would use them every single time.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

I used Todd Tenenbaum with ERS of Colorado to move and store some high end appliances while we replaced the flooring. They then came back and reset the appliances. I will be using ERS again for future projects.

Great company and owners. They go the extra mile to ensure that the service and outcomes they deliver is top notch. They also work with insurance adjusters to help determine which household content items are salvageable and which ones should be replaced after a fire, water, or smoke loss.

The quality of the cleaning of my appliances was atrocious. I had to give 1 star to be able to complete the review otherwise it would have been zero! They are refusing to replace my stove after I gave them 2 chances to clean it properly. The 2nd time they brought it back it was damaged in areas that it wasn't before!
