I went in on November 15th around 4pm and I was asked immediately what I was looking for. Erin was super helpful and gave me her honest opinion on what should would be best for what I was looking for. As I was trying on shoes another one of the girls working walked up and said that they looked really cute on me. All three of the girls working when I went in here extremely helpful and made me feel good about what I was buying. They are all amazing and deserve the recognition!

Ordered 6 new pairs of shoes for Fall/Winter. I know...but I really wanted a new look. I loved everything on-line but one pair didn't stack up upon arrival. It was oh so cute...but just not on me.Sadly had to drop it by a store to initiate the return. What an easy, painless process. In and out of the store in minutes. No hassles, delays or lengthy processes. Done & done!Makes me want to buy more...oops...better wait a bit, ha. Not everyone in this household shares my enthusiasm about shoes. Oh I'll be back ?P.S. I was really low on loafers

My experience was quite the opposite of the recent reviews I was greeted with a welcome and smile from every employee and was reassured I could ask for assistance if needed. Will be coming around more for my shoe needs, thanks!

I spent a couple of minutes checking out the clearance rack and then browsing the wall. I tried on two pairs and then an associate came to tell me the store closes in 10 minutes. She didn't ask if I needed help, just basically said it's time to go. Thanks for making me feel welcome in your store.

At least the store is clean and organized. The staff is a different issue, customers running around store looking, had to finally go interrupt the staffs conversation about their weekend!! One word was is all I got "No"!!

Famous Footwear or Famously Overpriced Footwear with no help to be found. When a customer walks in you should greet them not look at the like a rock. Someone get some personality and help in this store.
