If you're going to give guidance on shipping something, maybe list off things to help instead of giving attitude and stating everything wrong with something a consumer knows nothing about. We don't work your job, how would we know?!

Just make sure you ANNOUNCE very clearly you need help. The lady asked if I needed a label. I said \\\"it's a QR code from Walmart, that's how I get the label\\\". She acknowledged. Stood there for another 20 minutes thinking I was in a line waiting for help. Turns out lady thought I was spending 20 minutes loading said QR code and the dude at the counter was just talking with a pal for the 20 minutes I stood there. Didn't ask if I needed help till I left and came back ?? bad CS

I have told FedEx over and over again, plus putting it written in my account with them, that I want my packages put inside my fence!!It is put in my driveway in view of all who drive by.I don’t understand why that doesn’t happen.UPS, Amazon and USPS have no problem putting inside my fence and even on my porch.WHY CANT THEY UNDERSTAND!’
