Printed out a few documents. Stood at the counter for a while before someone finally offered to help me. At the same time another customer came in with their 2 dogs who proceeded to lick my leg. THANKS!! Why businesses continue letting customers bring in their non-service dogs is beyond me. I don’t even let my dogs lick me. Needless to say, I won’t be back to any business I get accosted by animals at.
I wish I had pet snakes. I would test the same businesses that allow one kind of pet to see if they would allow any other kind of pet. Where is the LINE!!

I scanned my prelabeled box at the self service scanner. The screen told me to drop it in the drop box. When I asked the employee behind the full serve counter where the drop box was, he felt compelled to come out and point to a sign next to this area and read the entire sign to me. 😆 They must be tired of people asking where the drop box is!

Just tried to call store to inquire as to the best time to drop of a 2 day air package. After having to to battle with an unaccommodating computer, I was transferred to a live person. Guess what, they were not located at to site I was calling and had no idea. UPS HERE I COME.

Went in and J.C. the Store manager looked at me like I was crazy for bringing in 15 packages to ship. WOW! Guess what?! You’re in the shipping business. He was not helpful at all, he acted like I had no right to bother him. He literally huffed and puffed the entire time during our interaction. It’s not often I give a review to anyone but this guys should not be in customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually treat you like your business matters.

Absolutely terrible. Picture that was taken off the mailbox upon delivery wasn’t even my mailbox nor was it any mailbox within my entire apartment complex trust me, I looked…….. Absolutely screwed me it was an $1,100 dollar check from work. I didn’t think it was rocket science to get an address right. Go back to school!!!

As you can imagine this place is super busy just before Christmas. I cannot believe how great and friendly the service was from Delaney given there were a ton of customers coming and going. She went above and beyond getting me my print order faster than promised. Thank you so very much. Made my day. And the flyers look really good.
