Awesome, except, I am a disabled Veteran, I have mechaniced 50 years, they dropped the air pressure 10 lbs, which made my car sloppy, I run aggressive tires, I camp, fish etc,
BEFORE CHANGINGING AIR PRESSURE, ASK CUSTOMER, most don't know, but I do, it also dropped my fuel economy 3mpg, I'm not happy

I have had issues using the nationwide scheduling system so now i just call the Parker rd shop. I get a quick appointment, they're ready for me when I drop the truck and I get both an email and phone call when the work is done. If there's any issue, they describe it accurately and without any un-necessary up-selling. Because of this, when they say some work is needed, they have credibility

Stopped in at Firestone Parker on Christmas Eve on our way to a family holiday. We had experienced a tire blow out on the interstate with 5 people and a dog. Not wanting to ride on the spare for too long. We popped in with hopes we could get a patch on our blown tire. With only 20-30 minutes till they closed, on Christmas Eve, they were happy to help patch our tire, and swap it back on our SUV. In and out in 15 min. Thanks to all staff that helped us out on what turned into a stressful holiday travel day. Thanks again Firestone Parker Store!

Have been bringing my car(s) here for 10 years for all my routine maintenance--the stuff that doesn't need to go to the dealership… Always very professional, very upfront with what they are seeing during the repair process--no surprise prices. While I was already "5 Star Satisfied" with them---today the took it to another level. I brought vehicle in for flat tire repair that ended up being replacement of all tires (sigh-is what it is--not their fault dang Colorado roads) and when I got the vehicle back the technician had put away all of my flat repair items! Jack and tools stored back correctly, spare mounted, plastic covers for spare access mounted--all of it. THANK YOU TEAM FIRESTONE

I've always been a Firestone customer, and having moved to Parker I always go to this Firestone. They are professional, throrough, and kind. My last visit, I needed additional service and they made it work even though they were busy, even stayed open a little late so I could pick my car up. My husband was also working on his car the weekend prior, and they gave him some tips on how to get the part that was locked unstuck. Very happy with the level of service here.

Could not be happier with this visit. Got my performance tires switched out for my all-weathers and an oil change. Somehow when I booked with the call-service, they booked it a little different and it wasn't booked for enough time, and the staff here still got everything done. Daniel B. was professional, patient, even held the place open for a little extra so I could get there to pick it up.
While I almost always have gone to a Firestone for my cars, this Firestone is the one I have, and will continue to use, since moving to Parker.
