If I could give zero I would! Horrible experience Craig the manager should not interact with humans! Not helpful there is no customer service and if you want banking circa 1989 they are for you! Took all my out and all of my families. Also if you have any fraud on account they literally have no clue what to do! They just held thousands of dollars of mine for weeks after they let bad checks go through. I had to do all the work to get back from their error for weeks! Had to call regulators to get them to act! Bad bad bad!

Bank is now not open at all on Saturday. Been with them for 8 years now. Nothing much to write home about.

Three stars feels about right as it is just an average run of the mill bank. It use to have lightning fast customer support when you called in a number of years ago. I've been an account holder since college so over 20 years now. I took my business account and moved to US Bank. Seems like 1st bank doesn't have enough assets yet so they are still gouging small guys. For example, a monthly fee on a business account if you don't have a minimum daily balance of $1000. The richer you are, you won't have to pay anything though.

I’ve been an account holder at First Bank for about 9 years and I think it’s time to change banks. Yesterday and the day before, I drove to the bank to deposit some cash at the ATM and both times it refused to deposit my cash saying that the transaction had been cancelled. It also said it wouldn’t print my receipt…not sketchy at all. Since the ATM wasn’t working (apparently it never does), I went inside and made a cash deposit with the teller. Normally, the funds show up immediately but they did not. So I waited…nothing. I was keeping tabs on my transactions I made throughout the day and before I went to bed, understood what my available balance was and expected the balance to be increased with the cash deposit I made yesterday. This morning, the balance had not changed and it seems as though I never got my money at all and now it says the deposit was posted even though it is not reflecting in my available balance as it should. I spoke with customer service and the person did the math with me and was trying to explain the activity in my bank account (which I can see in my phone) but didn’t even know how long it takes for cash to deposit in the first place.
This is not the only problem I’ve had with First Bank either. In addition to the malfunctioning ATMs and mystery of missing funds (not the first time that one has happened either), there’s also the TERRIBLE security on First Bank’s part. Last year, somebody skimmed my card information at a gas station and used it to make a large purchase just hours later at a Circle K in Denver. I never recieved an alert regarding that transaction and it took forever for First Bank to recover my money. Most people I’ve known who’ve had their money stolen recieve the money from their banks within 1-7 days and mine took over 2 weeks.
All in all, I think their whole system is just messed up. The people at First Bank have been very kind but I’m not dismissing numerous errors for kindness anymore.

Atm is never working. Worst bank ever. Says you have overdraft protection. Then all of a sudden I'm negative... thought wells Fargo sucked, but firstbank is definitely worse

Friendly service as expected. There are some procedures in place but who would expect less. I love the same day deposit scenario in place at this bank

Yup - guess what everyone said in their review was correct. Went there today to open a new account for all my paychecks to start going through and it was a dumpster fire in there. Walked out of there real quick after I watched what was probably the manager directing the lady that tried helping me and asked for my mortgage payments ... her hand movements were fullOf extreme speed when they realized I was not that guy. Guess I'll try Ent next.

Didn’t realize waiting in line patiently puts you to the end of the line. The lady at teller # 2 who helped me said it’s first come first serve lines don’t matter. If 1st bank doesn’t want my business I can go elsewhere. I trusted you with my kid’s college accounts now thinking about moving my accounts if my business doesn’t matter! Very disappointed

Dorathy was very unhappy and seemed to reflect that onto me. I asked for a deposit and after 10 min of standing she did how I would like my cash and I asked to deposit not cash and she was very rude about her mess up

I have been to this branch now three times trying to get someone to help to open a commercial account and a personal account!There are always people at their desk with no one in front of them and tellers with no one to wait on but only one guy that can open accounts and he is either at lunch at 4 pm or busy!I recommend this branch manager review who they hire and train some peopleLost my business before you ever got it!

That had to have been the worst customer service I've ever received at a bank. Was planning on opening an account but not after that experience.
