The front desk lady is so unprofessional and not nice. Bad costumer service. The lady was too lazy to even give me a service number for the air pump. I work costumer service myself and would've gave the number out no problem. Not coming back here again

Bought gas almost a month ago. It was contaminated with diesel. They assured me they were aware of the problem. Get estimates for repairs. So they could file insurance claim. Provided that to them weeks ago. Now they won’t follow up on our claim. Buyer be ware.

I got gas here September 5th 2024. I still had half a tank of gas because I don't like to run my car until it's empty. I had already driven 30 miles that morning before filling up. The car was running just fine. After filling up at this station, I drove about 2 or 3 miles down the road and the car starting running rough and trying to die. I made it the rest of the way to work. When I finished work, I went out and started the car and it promptly died. I was able to start it the second time and barely keep it running. I decided to drive it to my repair shop if I could make it.
I did make it to the repair shop and dropped it off. The repair shop called the next day. They were certain it was bad gas. They drained the gas out, changed the filter, etc...
It cost me $559 just from buying gas at this station. If I hadn't had half a tank of good gas, it would have been worse! I would have had a $300 tow bill on top of it.
I will be seeing my options for reimbursement! At least my engine wasn't completely ruined!

The manager Amber is beyond rude and unprofessional. She takes her time with the married men then slides them her number while on duty behind the register while anyone else she could care less about in line.
