As soon as I walk into the store I am greeted, no matter how busy they are! Mikey the manager was working and was training a new employee when I came to return a defective game. I had purchased it from another store *cough cough Lone Tree* on Black Friday and couldn’t play it on my Nintendo Switch cause it wouldn’t read the game. I explained the issue to Mikey and told him that I got the buy 2 get 1 free deal and that this game was the free one. He helped return the game for me and got me a copy of the same game that actually worked! He was fast, explained everything to both me and his trainee, and apologized for the inconvenience that HE DIDN’T even cause! I was very impressed and grateful!

Poor variety, messy store, but the real reason for the one star review is them refusing to price match on black Friday because I refuse to buy a pro membership. Pro memberships are a quick cash grab and a poor value due to the death of physical media; they watched my business walk right out the door due to poor corporate policy. As former employee, I feel bad for current employees, not making commissions on pre-owned items, with their only incentive to sell being not getting yelled at by their district manager, the work culture sucks, and it's apparent because it leads to the poor customer experience you receive at not just this location, but all gamestop stores. The writing is on the walls, and it feels like Blockbuster all over again, no chance of saving. Go anywhere else to buy your games, because you won't get a good value at gamestop.

The GameStop in Castle Rock, closed down. I had to go to this location to pick up my Black Ops 6 pre order. The manager was very patient when the computer system was glitching. Going to be my home store now.

Stood in line for 20 minutes while the kid working helped one person. As painful as it was to stand and watch, it was equally painful when I attempted to purchase $200 of Meta Quest gift cards and was told I had to use cash. Nowhere in the store was that stated or posted.Went to Target and checked out in 2 minutes with the same gift cards while using a debit card.

Went here last night to buy some birthday gifts and I will never be back. I ended up walking out, the lady who was working had no idea what she was talking about when it came to the pro membership, told me all of the points got deleted, because my membership expired, that didn't make sence because I just logged on the other day. Said I would have to call the customer service line because I have 0 points they expired. When I logged into my account all points were there, i wasnt gonna argue, i was going to just pay for my stuff and figure it out at another store with nicer customer service. Then in the middle of her talking to me and checking me out she starts talking to another customer that had just walked in as if we were not in mid conversation and mid transition. There were 2 of them there so no reason the other person couldnt have helped them or simply helped then as soon as i was done checking out(all i had to do was pay so it wouldnt have been long). I ened up leaving my stuff and walking out because that was beyond rude, I doubt she even noticed, because from the minute i walked in she didn't even acknowledge me walking in. Don't come here, I won't be returning to this game stop! Worst gamestop ever!!!!
