I took my CRV in for an LOF and when they were done I asked if they added wiper fluid because if was out, he said yes. I also asked if anything else was low ans the clerk looked at me and said we didn't check any of your fluids just the oil. He then just went along with business like it's no big deal.
I will never go back to this Grease Monkey again. they have no idea what they are doing.
They also sprayed the drivers side of an SUV next to my car with a bunch of oil. It covered the hole side and in the drives side window. What a mess.

They do not clean your windows or vacuum your vehicle anymore.
And I wonder if they check all the fluids in vehicle anymore?

I have never been charged for washer fluid when getting my oil changed and for the price of fluid that they charged I could have went to Walmart and bought a gallon of better quality for a cheaper price.

Manager and staff at this location were super kind and I had zero wait! I do wish you’d revert to a better oil. Not a fan of your distributor. I want the best oil for my vehicle not a knock off brand.

I had my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, radiator service on 6/24. I drove it for the first time on the highway and it began to shake violently because the lugs weren't torqued and the engine splash shield ripped off the car while I was driving. They used the wrong viscosity because the throttle is so sluggish and constantly down shifting to maintain a cruising speed. I usually get around 450 miles per tank and I only got 328 miles on this tank. Also, when I went to check the air filter one of the clamps was broken off and nobody even mentioned it. I use this car for work and I need a resolution asap. The manager at this location (10001 Jordan Rd, Parker, CO 80134) stated it was everyone's first day, the technician was fresh out of school and he would replace the engine shield. I need the engine splash replaced and a full refund for all services. Still waiting to hear on how they want to resolve this.
