A busy but welcoming salon, a nice atmosphere. The staff makes it a point to greet everyone. They are professionals who take the time to listen to their clients. Georgine did an amazing job on my curly hair, a great hairstyle & not too short(at my request). I recommend this salon to everyone! Also it's sparkling clean with good prices!

If you value the way your hair looks you should avoid coming here completely. Butchered is probably the best way to describe my hair cut, the day before thanksgiving of course. Basically got all my hair chopped off to the point of of being a slightly longer buzz cut with enough hair left to maybe do a mohawk on the top. Sure they offered me a refund but you cant undo not listening to what i said.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I normally take my disabled toddler somewhere else but we were in the area and decided to try it out. He had his shoulders up as he was scared of the clippers and the lady goes “if you don’t put your shoulders down I can’t cut your hair”, and kept shaking her head and super impatient. She has NO idea on how to talk to young children/toddlers. She should not be cutting hair. Every time he moved, she would shake her head in frustration. And then she even would tell him to look down and he wouldn’t so she pushed his head down. Lady, my son is partially deaf, maybe you should try to get to know your clients and meet them where their needs are at. So many issues as far as treating disabled people the way they should be treated. I will never go back here again, and I hope that lady gets fired sooner rather than later as she was VERY rude. I almost left half way through his haircut because of how disrespectful she was being.

My whole family had a great experience here! My daughter, and I went to Tracy. She was fabulous! I have never had a haircut where I get so many compliments! She identified my face shape and cut perfectly to suit! I am so pleased and hope she never leaves :-) My husband and son went to Monica and she did a really good job! My husband always cut his hair, but not anymore! We highly recommend Tracy and Monica for a great haircut experience! Thank you ?

Not a fan of the ladies who cut hair here. Espically the lady with mid blonde grey hair -rude. They are always complaining about something. The haircuts are mediocre as well. I have given them multiple chances all the same experience. I would rather spend money at another salon where I don't have to hear about others people's problems.

Great experience! My daughter (5) had her hair cut with Tracey and not only was she so kind and gentle with my daughter, her technique was amazing. It is really hard to find a stylist who can layer and blend flawlessly with complicated hair and she made it look easy. She even braided her hair when she was done. I will be taking my daughter back to her everytime.Service: Kids' cuts

I’d give zero if I could. I checked in online and system said like 90 minutes. When it got down to 30 minutes I headed to run an errand in the same shopping center.Received my text I was next in line and went in. Not only did I have to wait 30 min after my text was sent that I was next in line, I had to listen to the employees complain and freak out about the older employee messing up a previous transaction. The older women literally stated she didn’t care about other haircuts until that transaction got fixed, I think the manager was out sick so they called her. In the meantime the we’re still able to take payment from current customers so system wasn’t down. The older woman, (I’m not being a ageist here I don’t know another way to distinguish her from the other besides age.) stopped three times in the middle of cutting a young gentleman’s hair to fiddle with the computer, had a nasty attitude not necessarily towards anyone but the job… Said the computer issue wasn’t her problem (even though she messed up the transaction) and someone else would have to deal with it. She stated multiple times “it’s not my problem” but kept freaking out about it lol.I was thinking, gee I am going to wait for the younger -not positive- but less negative lady if the one with a super attitude calls me up…The younger lady finally called me back, I was excited.Keep in mind I’m a low maintenance gal and have been getting haircuts at GreatClips for at least 20 years because we trim off the dead ends and do a little shaping. No. Big. Deal. My hair is long, past breast level but I wanted 4 inches off.So I smile, thinking I got lucky, sit in my seat and tell the younger stylist what I was looking for, cut off 4-5 inches and a little framing around the face, starting about nose level, framing only in the front... (Same exact cut in GreatClips system I have had for two decades, don’t judge me haha.)This woman looks me dead in the eyes and says “your hair is so long, I’m not comfortable doing that”… I thought she was kidding, I asked why she wasn’t comfortable doing it as it’s been done and far simpler than the people in all the photos in the salon that they advertise as cuts they do…. She said she didn’t think she could do it. I laughed still thinking it was a joke… But she refused and said I could wait for the older woman who was STILL complaining about this inaccurate charge for a customer who had long since passed through.I said they didn’t have a very good energy in the salon today and that I definitely didn’t want the other stylist to touch my hair and left.I went straight to Floyd’s just down Lincoln and guess what? Took 10 min. Photo attached of the haircut the Stylist said was “too complicated”.Management, the two stylists working between 11:15 & 12:30 on 7/14/23 need some better customer service skills, time management skills and obviously better hair cutting skills. The older one was spazzing so hard in front of everyone and the younger one is either incompetent or just plain lazy and needed a break.IDK but I wouldn’t let my dog get a haircut at this location after this experience.BYEEEE GC and Helloooo Floyd’s I received great service there. Good vibes all around.

I called in the morning to get on the waitlist I was told it was an hour and 40 minutes which was OK I called an hour later just to check my spot inline was told I was already taking off if I were to come back right now I’d be next there’s no one waiting. I get there within two minutes of being told this and they start taking people ahead of me and put me back another half hour, to 40 minutes, unprofessional to think people can just drive back-and-forth. And I get the service they wanting.
