“I have been a customer/fan of the Home Depot since the 1980's. I applied to work at this location and some family circumstances prevented me to work in Greenwood Village. I have to say the HR lady Jacqueline went above and beyond to help me go to another store. Rarely do I encounter this amount of help. ( especially from big companies). I did some work for Boeing ( with landing charts- no airplane assembly) and did not have that kind commitment from Boeing. I was treated well; however, the HD feels like a family. Wish I would have applied to work years ago. To the management at this location: Kudos to Jacqueline G the ASDS. I have also shopped here and the staff is helpful and respectful. Awesome customer service too.”
“When picking up My order your Customer Service employee McLean went above and beyond made sure that I had all my items from not only this transaction but another transaction that I had entirely forgot about and when I tried to offer him a tip in cash he respectfully said we don’t accept tips thank you very much. “Needed a replacement bulb for my kitchen hood. Its an odd one, and honestly I was dreading wandering around a big box store hoping I found the right thing. David approached me just 2 steps in the door..I showed him the bulb I had brought with me, and off we went! He was eager to help, and even explained the differences in some of the bulbs so that next time I will know just what to get. Plus he was very personable and fun to talk to. Definitely will be visiting again soon ?”

Kirby, Mark, Preston, Dave, and Zach went above and beyond to help me this evening! The level of customer service I received was nothing short of Exceptional! This group of Fine Individuals worked as a team, had great attitudes, and helped me load several heavy work carts, which took quite a bit of effort.
