have typically had a great experience shopping online with this company. unfortunately, my last order had several hiccups. unable to actually speak to someone, have to do it via email, the responses are abrupt and they are unwilling to call. use caution with online orders.

I have shopped in store here and loved it. I went to their warehouse sale for the first time and am beyond upset that I spent 4 hours of my day standing in line for a mostly broken/damaged inventory that was highly picked over. We arrived at 10:30am for a 10-2 sale. Almost everything I wanted was broken or somewhat damaged. They had kids in charge of how many people were inside with no real rhyme or reason. You couldn’t tell how long the wait would be due to how the line zigged and zagged from outside to inside for both entry and checkout. It was messy and haphazard. Had I known the line was 90+ minutes to get in and then another 90+ checking out I would have left right from the start. No one was letting people know this so every-time you turned a corner thinking that was the end there was an even bigger line. Inside they had some display items out and then lots of unopened boxes that I would never trust not to also be broken after getting them home. They were opening brand new large boxes that were all missing their accessory pieces. I honestly purchased some items just to make it somewhat worth my while after waiting so long to get in, but I regretted doing so by the time I left and wished I had left at literally any point today. No one really even showed up after 11 to get in line. Everyone was just stuck in the maze for hours without realizing that would happen. I’m not sure I will even shop in store again, it was like an advertisement of poor quality to see everything so broken.

First and last time ordering from here....NOT cheap but VERY CHEAPLY made products. Very disappointed as pictures LOOK very nice.

Very disappointed with their customer service I ordered some lanterns that were very high priced when I received them they were very cheap looking and damaged I’ve been trying to get my money back for weeks now I requested a return label and they sent me one that you couldn’t read I’ve sent several emails with no responseI have bought lots of decor in the past but I will definitely think twice in the future

We were disappointed with the customer service here. About a month prior to our 2nd visit my aunt and uncle visiting from Arizona spent $1,500 here and bought my grandma a shelf for her home. Unfortunately the shelf was too deep for the spot she had for it. While they do have signs about their 7-day return policy, my 84 year old grandmother was unable to find a ride within that window. She decided to plan a visit with 4 of us girls and brought the shelf back which was in its original condition. Understanding she couldn’t return the shelf, she was hoping she could get store credit and exchange it for something else. The staff was unwilling to work with her and basically said tough luck. We were all looking forward to a shopping day here but decided it’s better to take our business elsewhere - somewhere that is more accommodating and understanding.

It's a sad day when your favorite small business makes it more about making money than doing the right thing. Interior Delights knowingly sold me a 3 tiered metal wall shelf (in a sealed, taped box, that I was unable to open at the sale) that had the wrong parts and then because of their 'sale policies' are refusing to refund, exchange or replace the shelves. I spent over $60.00 on shelves that I am unable to use because they were boxed and sealed and I was unaware that inside the sealed box it contained the wrong parts. After speaking with an employee they confirmed that the shelves were on sale because they had the wrong parts, but you failed to mention that to the customer prior to purchase. In my mind that is shady business and you have lost me as a customer.

Edit: Thank you for the prompt response and for sending a replacement. I appreciate your professionalism.I ordered a large wood vase from this shop. I was very excited to see it had arrived until I brought the package into my kitchen to open it. Both my husband and I noticed a foul odor coming from the box. When he opened it, we realized the stench was coming from the vase that was completely covered in mold. I messaged the shop on Facebook (their ad was the reason I ordered from them in the first place) and made a comment on a post about the issue asking for assistance. The comment was deleted within minutes of me posting it and then I was blocked from making any comments at all. Horrible business practice. I still have had no response other than being blocked.

Ordered a few items for the first time. Was very happy with them when they arrived. Everything was packed nicely and I even got a little note pad, which was a nice touch. Will be ordering again from them. This is Dennis' wife BTW. :)

My initial review was one star due to Fed Ex issues. Interior Delights immediately took care of the situation and made sure I received my order ASAP. They were wonderful to work with, made sure I received everything ordered. I highly recommend Interior Delights. First because their products are gorgeous, secondly because their customer care is exceptional. I give them 5 stars and a huge thank you!
