We have had our insurance with The Jennifer Matthew's Agency for a little over a year now and SO glad we found them. We were under insured for years on our home and went through an in depth Insurance review on everything with them and they made it very easy to understand and fun! We are protected with everything with Allstate. And thanks for JMA for making it so!

Best insurance company. To the point, drop who you have and join the Allstate family, which is how I feel about them, important part of my life. 2023 was guite a bumpy year and Jennifer and her staff where there.The best customer service, claims, coverage and are there like guardian angels.

Allstate overpriced. Have been waiting to get my deck and roof fixed since 2011. They keep dropping the ball. Not in a position to change insurers. Recent surgeries have left me disabled. They hit me up to review them and asked if I wanted to post on Google I do, here it is

Well let me tell ya’ll that was one heck of a session with my guy Jonathan F.I have never done anything related to insurance whatsoever due to always being dependent on my parents but this was as smooth as butter getting set up. I always hear about chaotic phone calls due to all of the information or even just listening to elevator music while being on hold for so long.I would give 4.5 but it only lets me do whole stars because he did sound kind of tired and at the end of his tank for the day but by far my most greatest experience while on the phone. I would use the group again and would recommend for any family/friends!

I’ve had a few bad experiences with insurance groups in the recent past, so when I got a call from Jonathan F., I was skeptical with low hopes.Not only did he walk me through all of my questions and concerns, but he took it above and beyond by offering real advice. The consultation didn’t feel as if I was being “sold” something, but rather - they genuinely cared for my situation.I will definitely be using this group again!10/10!

I’ve had horrible insurance problems recently and I felt like there was no hope. As everyone know insurance is frustrating and being on the phone with people who cannot help is the worst.However this was not the case when working with Jonathan, he was kind and warm voice, he listened to my problems and helped me directly solve my main problems and concerns. I will definitely be using this group and recommending it to my friend and family for sure!

This is one of my most favorite reviews to leave. I just opened my mail to a refund check of over $600 and I can expect to save that much again in the next 6 mos. When Robin called, I wanted to send the call to spam, as we all do, but I’m so glad we connected. Not only did Robin save us a bunch of money, she also delivered some of the best home and auto insurance education. I feel so much wiser about my options. I learned so much, and saved so much! Our experience with Allstate was very good. The agents met our needs, answered questions and showed they cared about their clients. Unfortunately our car and homeowners rates kept increasing every year, and we were able to find a better option through our mortgage company, so we switched.

I like Jennifer Matthews insurance very much. Lisa, who answers the phones is very sweet, and listens very intently to what you’re asking for. The staff is very knowledgeable. No buyers remorse here. :-)

I don’t normally write reviews for insurance agencies. Most of them are like vultures and really annoying. A lot of high pressure and obviously driven by commissions and the almighty dollar.But this place is different. They really make you feel like they care about what your needs are. They don’t dismiss anything you ask for, and there are no stupid questions.I came away from my experience with Jennifer Matthews insurance really feeling like I got a good product that will deliver and cover exactly what I need. Total peace of mind and a great time talking to them.

Jennifer Mathews is an excellent company. They know the insurance industry and market unbelievably well. The Russian girl who answers the phones is very friendly and empathetic.
