Moved to Parker from Littleton and was a little hesitant to go to this Jiffy Lube in Parker. My experience with the Littleton location wasn't always very good. Today the service was great. The communication between the workers was right on they followed all the expectations that I think was set forward for them. Nice job guys.

My check engine light came on. I stopped by and they ran a diagnostic and said a part needed to be replaced. They replaced the part, I spent over $300, and went on my way. A few hours later the light was back on. I stopped in a second time, I’m not sure what they did this time and the light went off. Again a few hours later, the light went on again. I went back for a third time and they basically said they couldn’t do anything and to take my car to the dealership without even looking at it again. Now I’m left wondering if they did unnecessary work and scammed me for $300. Not only did I waste money and will likely be out even more after taking it to the dealership, I wasted time. Def wouldn’t recommend taking your car here.
