Don’t try getting prescriptions here.It’s been over a week my doctor sent in PRENATALS. No phone call, nothing. I call to check status and sit on hold forever trying to check if they were filled. They obviously don’t take these things seriously, and I will be moving my business elsewhere. Can’t depend on Prenatals being filled in a timely manner, can’t depend it’ll be on time next month. Or the month after.Not the first prescription they’ve not bothered to call me about either. And I know they have my phone number.

This review is for the gentleman named Frost (spelling?) that administers flu shots. If there were Oscars for giving flu shots, Frost would unquestionably be the winner. Fun, funny, and extremely professional. Seriously, the guy should have his own tv show.

I’ve filled three prescriptions here and it has been a gigantic pain in the butt every single time. Not to mention the people that work here are extremely rude.

The pharmacy has a very rude person named Chelsea. I have seen her being rude to other people, but today she was rude to me because the lights went out at pharmacy the pharmacy and I said well I'll just sit here a little bit to see if the lights come back on at this king Soopers, she said you can just leave in a very bad tone. I did complain to King Soopers business office but I doubt if anything will be done. The rep from the business office said she apologized but nothing will probably be done about it.

I think so many of the negative reviewers don't understand the world in which the pharmacists work. They've been out of my meds a few times but always work to help me find them in a timely manner.The entire staff (pharmacists and techs) have been great since we've come here.

A No brainer establishment for cleanliness and well stocked aisles. All staff is gracious and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the Pick Up staff. I'm there every other day and they always choose quality products as my substitutes and great produce when I need. And get this, they actually answer the phone. Service is great here which makes showing up for my groceries a fun experience.

I am a disabled veteran and hard hearing and had a horrible and disrespectful experience at the Parker location. The date was 28 OCTOBER 2022 I was picking up a prescription for my wife which the hospital put in 2.5 hours prior. I walk up to the front counter and helped very quickly and friendly. I explain I am there to pick up a prescription for my wife and she explains it is not ready. I was fine with this and told her I had shopping to do and asked how long it would take. At that point a woman in the back started yelling one hour call in one hour. So I asked am I calling in one hour to schedule her pick up or to find out if my prescription is ready. The woman in the back who I assume is the pharmacist keeps yelling one hour as if that is answering the question or helping. So I walk away without a clear answer because they are obviously frustrated. As I come back for clarification a few minutes later the two younger girls are actually talking trash to each other behind the customers back. And I ask again very politely the girl who originally helped can I just clarify if I am calling in to schedule or verify, and as I am asking the other young lady comes up and interrupts me and says just look. As if her attitude and sarcasm are going to improve my hearing. At that point she said just call back in an hour and we can let you know if your perception is ready. I said thank you.

I usually come here for my medicine and it's always a pleasant experience, this was not the case today unfortunately. I waited over 7 hours for my meds to be filled and the cashier was so rude to me I left almost in tears. Sharmayne D. was the one at the register and she made me not want to return anymore from how she treated me. Not sure I'll be back. Very disappointed today.

Horrible. The staff is clearly unhappy & they let you know it. Pulled up to the drive through sat for 10 mins after staff clearly saw me…so I hit the call button and through the speaker I got an terse, abrupt: “be patient we’ll get to you”. unreal

Came here for WesternUnion, line was understandably long seeing as it was mid afternoon on a Saturday..... after waiting 40 mins I had the pleasure of meeting Laura (insert sarcasm). Laura was obviously doing work beyond her capabilities. She does not listen to customers. Then gets an attitude when she realizes she had not been listening. I had to tell her 5 times what I wanted, and then I get told "don't start with me". Well Laura, if you had paid attention you probably would not have had an issue. Sad, how employees at the customer service desk lack in customer service......

Manager "Cat" refused to help me. I asked for a pack of cigarettes (locked up in the cabinets at 10pm) and she was so lazy to get it, and claimed that she couldn't keep an eye out on self check out registers and get me my cigarettes at the same time. There was nobody else in line who needed assistance. Nobody. What would be the difference of me having to wait on her as she assisted another customer? None. Therefore her reasoning for being unable to help me is completely ridiculous. Previously I had asked her for cigarettes before, only to be met with the most hostile RBF and bad attitude when a customer asked for help. This time she flat out refused to assist me, even though the store was clearly not busy at all. Another employee (of age and able to handle such goods) even offered to help me and the manager "Cat" didn't allow him to. This is beyond my comprehension as to why a manager would refuse a loyal customer assistance especially when the store is NOT busy. I hope corporate is paying attention, because disgruntled managers like "Cat" who treat customers like a burden is the face of your company!!

Lines are always super long. Seems poorly run. The other king Soopers seem to be run better. Also no one really likes self check out. Get rid of half of those.
