Like I always say. All King Soopers are different and especially now since the strike their have been alot of changes and attitudes are not good . We've been shopping at Safeway now. I think the strike hurt King Soopers with the strikers being too aggressive at some stores. I was scared to even go in the stores. I me add my husband do the shopping and I stayed in the car.

Prior to the strike, had to look for carts in parking lot, store was dirty and not stocked very well.
Since strike, carts are at front of store, store is clean, shelves are stocked and employees are asking shoppers if they need any assistance.
Keep current people and fire the ones standing out front trying to convince shoppers that the employees are mistreated.

I usually go in to get lotto tickets at the customer service desk. The folks there are friendly, and there usually isn't a long wait.

Every employee I approached was welcoming and helpful. My experience was comfortable as it is in Kroger.
