I had a wonderful experience with your floral department today. your associate was absolutely very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered 2 arrangements for delivery. they were delivered and the recipients said they were gorgeous!! thank you for the great service!!!

Nothing better than working a 60 hour week , coming in with your 2 kids spending $90 on one bag of food to cook them dinner, only to get stopped at the door and my receipt checked just to end my exhausting week. I come to this store maybe 4-5c a week. I’ll never step foot in there again.

1. Shopping carts have huge advertising on back of child seats that keep them from sitting flat.
2. The staff pulling around the large grocerie carts for online buyers that are completely oblivious of the people around them.
3. I pass the checkout lanes and go to self checkout because they do not seem to train on how to bag groceries. Like not putting veggies and bread on top of raw chicken.
Just annoying and this has been too long.

The only negative here is the parking lot. Even there, blame the drivers.

We are not regulars here, so the layout was strange. Even so, the layout was logical and the selection was good.

I did appreciate that nearly all the check outs were open.

I had a very bad experience at this King Soopers on 1/7/2025.
On this day after i had billed for the stuff i purchased, i called forcan an uber Since there was a 6 minute wait and it was winter and cold outside , i waited for the uber inside the store just near the exit.As soon as the uber arrived i tried to push my cart but it would not move, apparently the cart wheels were locked! a member of the staff approached me and asked for the receipt and after reviewing the receipt unlocked the cart after a few attempts . Since the uber driver had been waiting i carried my bags in a rush and entered the uber vehicle only to realise after a few minutes that i had left my cell phone in the cart!.The uber driver was very kind and took me back to this store immediately and helped me look for my phone .After a bit of rummaging through the stacked carts i managed to find my phone !. Those moments that i spent looking for my cell phone were tense and filled with immense anxiety!.
When i approached guest services the lady at the counter in a " as a matter of thhe fact" tone, informed me that there was some kind of system implemented in King Soopers that locks customers carts if they are found at one place for too long! really???.If that is the case then they should let customers know.
I ve shopped at the Target Store at Commons St many many times under similar circumstances where i wait for the uber ride inside the store and nothing like this ever happened.
Had it not been cold outside i would have waited for the uber outside the king sooper's store
This error of judgement caused me unwanted embarrasment and inconvenience
If King Soopers is so concerned about theft they should post some one at the entrance/ exit and review receipts of all customers! which is what most other stores do.
I dont think i will ever shop at this particular King Soopers store again!

My husband is a rep for a company that supplies items for King Soopers and I'm over going to King Soopers with him all the time I need a change of scenery!!
