I come here frequently for lab work. Their app and check in make it seamless every time. It’s a very busy location but if you go on off hours I don’t wait more than 10 minutes for a walk-in. Staff are definitely overworked (healthcare in general) but always very professional and kind.

I went here because it was right next to my specialist and I thought it would be convenient. I told them I am very squeamish and don't like needles. The room was not very clean and had bloody gauze on the floor from the previous patient. The tech had a student draw first from my right arm, but she was having trouble so the tech took over and proceeded to dig around in my arm, and then finally decided to switch to my left arm. When she pulled out the needle, she dripped blood all over my shirt and shorts. My right arm is swollen, sore and bruised. NOT a good experience. Would NOT recommend.

I had a great experience at the Parker location. The front desk staff was friendly and Denise did a great job on my blood draw.

Do not take your kids here. The lady was so mean and aggressive to my child. Ripped the tourniquet off her arm and screamed at her because my 13 year old daughter was afraid to give blood. My daughter left in tears and zero blood drawn. Seriously they shouldn't even be allowed to take people's blood. Don't bother with this place.

My five year old needed some labs done but has never had blood drawn before. The staff was patient, kind, empathetic, and worked well with my daughter. They were so kind and understanding, explained everything that was happening in an age appropriate manner. One tech held my daughter’s hand and talked her through everything while the other one quickly took her labs. They did an amazing job, so much so she didn’t shed a single tear. The front desk receptionist was extremely kind and professional with me as well.

This was my first time at the Parker, CO Labcorp. I came in a little after 10am thinking there wouldn't be a line but there were about 10 people waiting there before me. It took me about 10 minutes to check in because I didn't have my insurance on file there and needed to verify it at the front desk. I waited in line out in the hallway for about a half hour. I heard the lady at the desk say Mondays were always busier than other days. My right arm ran out of blood so she had to prick my left arm too. The lady at the desk and the lady taking the blood were very nice. I give them 4/5 stars!

I have never dealt with a ruder customer service representative than the lady today managing the front desk. I'm in the industry and am astounded at her behavior today with myself and multiple other patients. Bad days happen but should never take power of authority over simply dropping off a sample. I would retrain or replace. I will drive further next time to avoid such rude behavior.

Very nice people. Only three gals working, and they moved along the long line of people fairly quickly. Wait times are to be expected, but with some patience, it's all good :)

After seeing the 2 star review and everyone’s bad comments I was super skeptical going in to have my blood drawn, I was a walk in so I expected the worst. I waited maybe 30 minutes with a small line in the hall. I’m sure there are days where the line is long and the wait is long too. The staff was really nice, or at least the couple of people I spoke with. The blood draw was really chill, and I understand people have different body types and there are things that can go wrong, but overall I had a positive experience and would go back for blood testing.

I see a lot of negative reviews and am very surprised. I have had super positive experiences here over the last 3 years. They are quick, professional, friendly, and the result are timely (my latest visit was yesterday as a walk-in and the results were back early this morning - 2:19 am).

Was worried about all the bad reviews, but I still came in without an appointment, there was a big line but the girls knocked it out so quickly, I was in and out in less than an hour! No complaints

I would give 0 stars if I could. From the condescending rude staff that belittled my daughter when she dropped off her test samples to the woman that drew my daughter’s blood with NO EMPATHY or KINDNESS. The woman dropped a blood vile on the floor while drawing my daughter’s blood and instead of leaving it on the ground for sanitation purposes…she bent down, picked it up and pushed the needle even further in my daughters arm. She was rough, impatient and INJURED my daughter. DO NOT GO TO THIS LABCORP if you want profession healthcare workers that actually CARE about their patients. My daughter was sweating, in pain and called me crying after her experience. This place needs to be permanently closed.

Staff is doing the best they can with the space they are given and the fact that all other locations are closed because of short staff. Friendly and quick considering I was a walk-in.
