I see a lot of negative reviews and am very surprised. I have had super positive experiences here over the last 3 years. They are quick, professional, friendly, and the result are timely (my latest visit was yesterday as a walk-in and the results were back early this morning - 2:19 am).

Was worried about all the bad reviews, but I still came in without an appointment, there was a big line but the girls knocked it out so quickly, I was in and out in less than an hour! No complaints

Clearly all of these comments from “Labcorp” are just for show. I should have read reviews before I came to the office. I am currently here and have been waiting for almost 2 hours. There is 1 tech working and 4 people in the waiting room with another 14 people sitting on the floor in the hallway waiting to be seen. It looks like a homeless camp and is absolutely unacceptable. This is obviously a management/ business issue. The people who work here are nice but that doesn’t fix the problem. If you know Monday mornings are busier maybe you should plan for that and have more than 1 tech. No need to comment on this post Labcorp, they clearly don’t do any good. I just hope others read the reviews before they have to sit on the hallway floor with children and elderly people for over 2 hours!

Extremely long wait! Patient line extending into the hallway. Not enough chairs for waiting patients. Staff not very friendly. Need more phlebotomist to handle the workload.

This is the most unprofessional office I have been to. Besides long wait times, they lost specimen collections twice, TWICE, so I was unable to get pertinent test results back at all. In line another woman also mentioned they had lost her collections as well. After 3 months of them losing different items, for the sake of your health you would be better off visiting a different office or company all together.

I know there’s a bad reputation but when my husband and I went for our appointments, we were called within 10 mints. I had an appointment but my husband didn’t. I got called at the exact time and he got called about 5 minutes later. Staff was quick and polite.

Absolutely worst customer service at Patient Call Center. The last time I called was at approximately 11:30 AM Mountain. After being hung up on twice, I gave up. Whoever was working the call center today (woman, Asian accent), should be immediately fired.

You can not in good faith just change your hours with a note on the door if you haven't changed it on website! People are so upset with all of the closings of the labs and to not communicate with us your hours is ridiculous!!!!

This place CANNOT draw blood. Maybe if everyone has veins that are on a rubber doll and at least 1/2 inch across. They will try 3 times, that's it! I know why they won't try more: 1. They know they can't draw blood to save their lives. 2. It's busy and they don't want to waste their time on anyone they deem a difficult draw. By the way, I have good veins. But they are on the smaller side. I waste an hour of my time waiting. But that doesn't matter to them. If they can't get it by a third try, you're done. Don't go here. They are horrible.

I was so shocked by how terrible my experience was with LabCorp that it was tough to even be angry. It's almost comical how bad this company is and how badly they treat people. I'm not exaggerating when I say I drove to three separate LabCorp locations that listed as being open. The first two were outright closed, the third (this location on the review) was open but they turned off their check-in monitors an entire hour early and then rudely ignored people who walked in. I grabbed one worker's attention and she told me I'd have to drive to a fourth location even though I was there 52 minutes before they close. She was very rude and walked off when I asked if she was certain the fourth location was open, as the rest were listed as open and weren't or were closing early. Unbelievable.

Previously I never needed an appointment, waited maybe 5-10 minutes. Now every other Parker location has closed and the town population has exploded. SSouthlsnds location has closed too.I arrived at 8.50, lines of people standing in the corridor, I waited until 10.00 when I had another appointment. Came back later, same people waiting, they had deleted my name, told me to start again . I walked away

Wowza it was swamped yesterday when I got there, but everyone was still upbeat and friendly. The staff that I interacted with were efficient and one was doing double duty, running the front desk checking people in and running back to do draws. The phlebotomist I worked with got me on the first try, that never happens! They are short staffed but they're making the best of it, have patience and be kind - it's never a good idea to be rude to someone who is going to stab you with a needle!

Though the receptionists was nice, the company needs new management and direction. They have lost my wife's lab orders on more than one occasion, there check in process lacks a double check feature to ensure you are on the list correctly. They under staff the draw sites for the amount of patients they see is lacking. We will be going to another lab company from here on out.
