This place is the worst with an appointment. It took well over 2 hrs they broke the housing that held the oil filter and so it was over two hours. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here even without that it would’ve been an hour lots of other places to get in and out and don’t break shit.

Got a screw removed from my tire, they had me in and out in 20 minutes! Kind people, great service, highly recommended! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys!

Run of the mill. Not very happy employees in the office and if you try to schedule an appointment they will tell you that you have to bring the car at that time and drop it off. Tried to get an alignment for my Tahoe but am not willing to sit with it for an undetermined amount of time even with an appointment. I am busy. I have things to do.

I had an issue here and was set to be taken care of by Charlie. Unfortunately when I showed up to talk thru the issue I got a manager on duty that has zero customer service manner. He argued with me and I just had to leave I was so upset. Charlie reached out after I gave a negative review to the email from the company. Charlie made it right with me and restored my faith in Les Schwab living up to their values. I can’t give 5 as I had to go thru that issue. But I will return, I will just be refusing to work with a certain MOD/technician there.

Not very helpful and had an attitude when I called in to ask a simple question. Visited here about 6 months ago and they said they could help me with a problem over the phone and then after having my truck for 2 hours then said they couldn’t perform the promised service on it because a machine was down.

I do not live in the area, but I am here for work. Came out of the restaurant from grabbing lunch after an already fairly difficult day to my tire halfway flat. I panicked Les Schwab was the closest tire place. I hustled over fully expecting to pay at least $25 to get it plugged. I do not remember the gentleman‘s name that helped me but he was very kind, The patch ended up being free and I have an issue with my tire pressure monitoring system and he recommended that I stop in before I head back home this weekend just to make sure I’m safe. I can appreciate a company who is loyal to their customers, and this will definitely generate recurring business from me. Thank you for helping in an incredibly stressful situation in a town where I knew nothing and no one.

I have taken my fleet work truck multiple times to the Parker location, and they have always been great. From start to finish, they are friendly, and they do everything they can to make sure everything is done right. I always recommend them to others.

What a horrible company to deal with, no one answers the corporate customer service number they just hang up on you and because I made my June payment in May when I got an email with the due date and it does not count towards my June payment. So after 300 dollars in payments in the month of May they want more money from me or my account will be default. I charged money for work on my wife's car in the month of March and paid it off in 2 payment and now I am being treated like this after I used my card again in April for truck tires. I would not recommend Les Schwab to anyone.

The warranty isn't as good as they say. If you have awd and pop two tires they don't replace them they charge you or make you get all new tires at a discount. Not really a great warranty if you still have to pay out of pocket. Also I believe aurora is the better location. If your buying thinking the warranty will help you it doesn't unless you have a problem within the month.

Good tires….everything else about this place is upsell, upsell, upsell.
My vehicle has hydraulic shocks yet they said my shocks were bad and quoted me a replacement value for normal shocks
Then, when I went in for my first tire rotation, they tried to upsell me on an alignment(which I had just done when the tires were installed). When I brought this to their attention and that they stated they would recheck the alignment on my first tire rotation, they quickly backpedaled and said it wasn’t that big of deal
Will never go back as SO NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! Discount or Big O I am coming back
