Front desk are usually on their phone or talking to their friends as they ignore and wave the scanner around aimlessly attempting to scan your phone as their conversation takes precedence. Mark in particular is very aggressive and lacks the customer care needed to be at the front desk or face to face with members. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him but no need to take it out on members. His demeanor and way of addressing member concerns is extremely combative and dismissive. He should undergo additional or supplemental training. Lifetime used to be worth the money now it’s just mediocre with mediocre unprofessional staff. They have a bunch of lazy attendants that don’t keep anything clean, locker rooms and showers are atrocious. Hopefully they bring Equinox to the Denver area soon. Lifetime has fallen off, and their untrained unprofessional staff is to thank.

Wish I had a gym like this where I live. Great gym staff was friendly at the front desk. Locker room kept clean plenty of weights and workout machines and nice Pickleball courts

I’ve been a member for 6 years and love lifetime but the changes with pickleball have been disappointing. They ripped out a basketball court plus the turf field to put it in way too many pickleball courts. Most of the time they are empty. I was playing with my daughter on an empty court and got kicked off because of “safety” reasons. We went into a racquetball court and then another staff told us to move over because the light is distracting to the pickleball players. Yet people walk across the basketball courts all the time. Where is the concern for safety there? It seems the pickleball community feels entitled to privileges that other gym members don’t get. Does this gym want a fitness community or cater to pickleball only?

If you aren't a top tier member here, be ready to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. I've been kicked off the pickleball courts several times even when they aren't busy. It's infuriating but at this point I refuse fo give these people more of my money. The climbing wall is super cool.

I closed my family gym membership account in August 2023 and am still being charged fraudulently by Lifetime Parker/Aurora, CO in March 2024. The GM has not responded in providing a solution.

I came into town for a business trip.My hotel had a pipe burst, and their gym was closed from the flood.Next door was lifetime. I asked if I could use their gym, and they said the day pass was $50.Thought that was pretty ridiculous as it was just for 1 day, and I explained the circumstances.

A very comfortable workout experience, nice people to workout around, and swim next to. Staff is accommodating and informative. Well-worth the membership fees. Join!

I used to be a member of Lifetime Fitness for quite some time, and I have to say, it's not what it used to be. My perception of the General Manager (GM) seems to have an attitude problem. I can't remember a single good conversation I've had with him. It's frustrating when the person in charge of your fitness experience is rude and unapproachable. We rented the kids' area for birthdays, hoping for a fun and well-organized party. Sadly, the last one fell short of our expectations. The room was dirty, and it felt like there was no proper organization in place. During the summer, the pool area is always running low on staff, and as a result, they constantly close the water slides. It's disappointing for both kids and adults who enjoy these attractions. Paying a high price for the membership should come with a guarantee of better service.Don't get me wrong, the premises are nice and well-maintained, but that's about the extent of it.Overall, I believe the customer service at Lifetime Fitness doesn't justify the price tag. It's disappointing to see a decline in quality compared to what I remember when I first joined. Hopefully, they can address these issues and bring back the top-notch experience.

I used to love coming here but they made big changes to the club for the worse. They got rid of basketball courts and turf fields to make way for pickle ball that no one plays. Their personal trainers take up all the racks in weight room. Price is over $200 dollars. And when I cancelled three months ago they continued to charge me and said they couldn’t refund me. This place sucks now, it used to be awesome

Just cancelled my membership. Quality of the gym has gone down and they have raised our rates almost 30% in the last two years. Pool always closed or being used by their swim team. Weight room always used by groups who have to pay extra for their group. Less class offerings, steam room always broke, replaced turf with second set of pickle ball courts, GM who is unresponsive to complaints. Group fitness director Marty and his team is the only highlight of this place. Easy decision to move on.

Lifetime Parker has mismanaged staffing so significantly it has reduced outdoor pool hours for the remainder of the summer to 4pm-8pm rather than allowing full day access- centennial Lifetime is still able to accommodate outdoor pool access despite students returning to school. This is on the heels of having the pool closed for weeks due to a mismanagement of pool maintenance.
