This place is great! The service is friendly and more importantly, very helpful. Fittings for uniforms can be a hassle, but here it is quick and easy. We were in and out with the fitting in no time, and when we came back to pick everything up it looked great. Looked like my kid played for a professional ball team. The local hat selection is great too, its nice to show off some Parker pride in style!

Sorry for this statement, but I believe we parents sometimes don’t appreciate 1) local businesses 2) the almost all but lost art of costumer service…Well I’m extremely proud to acknowledge the following:1) professional (check)2) locally owned (check)3) costumer services (check)When recently faced with the series of unfortunate events… it was my experience The Locker Room and its ownership went absolutely above and beyond to assist with keeping my son’s sports experience on track.The key gentleman in as cooperative, understanding and most importantly made my guy feel greatly appreciated!!!Thankfully the lost art of customer service and earning positive feedback is not lost on this store nor it’s ownership!!!

Spouse ordered helmet, pads and uniform for kiddo. I learned they wouldn't be available for tryouts within days so we requested cancellation of helmet and pads because the equipment wouldn't be available in time for the tryouts. Owner refused. Said they are "custom" which they are not. They have a size but no personalization. If he truly couldn't cancel our order, he could sell them to someone else.We ended up disputing the charge for helmet and pads only. Their receipt said they accept returns within 30 days (see photo), and our order was not even in hand as it had only been days between the order and the decision to cancel due to the unavailability of the equipment in time.Without our knowledge, owner cancelled the uniform too so kiddo was out of luck for the season. Discovered this when uniforms came in at the end of July for the season and coach didn't have our kids uniform. I reached out to the Locker Room as he still had our money for our kids uniform. He said no and that he didn't have additional available because he only orders the specific quantity. Owner was lying and taking his anger out on my kiddo so he can't play.The coach and the youth football organization all instructed me to get the uniform from the locker room and said he had extra as Locker Room is the only vendor for the league uniforms. Reached out to the football organization for help as the owner said he didn't have any. Youth football league reached out to owner again and he admitted to having the jerseys and told me I needed to pay cash because the owner doesn't want to take a credit card from me, and that it would cost more for one of the "extra" jerseys.He already has my money for the first one! Now I'm having to dispute the charge for the uniform and find one so my kid can play this season.Meanwhile, many kids on the team don't have a helmet for the season because they were counting on the Locker room. They had to scramble for helmets and pads. I'm sure that if he received the helmet and pads we originally ordered, he sold it to someone else. Very disappointed with the owner not upholding his own return policy for an item that was never in my hand, and then choosing to take his anger out on my kiddo by not selling him the jersey as the only vendor for the league!I hope the league considers a different vendor.

They made me believe in myself again. The staff truly care and they help guide you every step of the way through your recovery. I owe it all to them. Highly recommended. I am currently 35 days clean and sober, partake in their aftercare programme everyday and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Mike and his Family have been a huge supporter of youth sports the guy is not just a local owner but all around good person and really likes to take care of people. He not only works his store also provides jobs to young people we thank mike for all of the things he has helped me and my coaches and my parents with he is a great person we will always go to Mike. Nice Parker Hawks store. I have a new Hawks football team and Mike has worked with us on team pricing for several items. Free stamping of numbers on the practice jerseys and discounted socks to name a couple. Have been very satisfied.
