I used to love going here. I have a Lowes Business Account, so I've frequently purchased from this location.
The Good Stuff:
Usually, when I can find someone, they're relatively helpful and mostly friendly. Some managers have helped resolve issues and we're willing to go out of their way.
The Problems:
Lots of items are locked in cages, and they've changed their return policy to be 48 hours. If your stuff is locked in cages, you should have the staff to support it.
The Solution:
Guess I need to shop at the Home Depot now, but maybe this is just expected?

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a dishwasher and paid for installation and haulaway as well. When the contract service men came the FIRST TIME, they told me they were unable to get my old dishwasher out of the wall because one of the legs was rusted stuck and that I would have to get a handyman out to cut it off and reschedule my installation and haulaway. They then left my new dishwasher in my living room (my condo is only 1000 square feet so I'm sure you can imagine how inconvenient that was). I was able to unstick the leg myself, with absolutely no knowledge of appliances or handiwork of any kind after the men left. I called Lowes and expressed my frustration, and they told me they would return my call to get the service rescheduled. They did not. I called again the next morning and was told the person who handles deliveries was not in, and that they would have someone call me back later. The person who called hours later was not at all the right person to help me, and he then told me to call the store again and ask for an assistant store manager. I did that, and honestly Cameron, the assistant store manager, was the only competent person I talked to throughout this entire experience. She directed me to the people who handle the work with the contract companies for installs. I was finally able to speak to that Lowes employee and then the contract company's scheduler, who told me it would be over a week until they could get someone back out. When I asked Lowes about getting a refund for the installation and haulaway or at least a partial refund for all of the nonsense they put me through, I was told I would need to take that up with the contract company. Well, they finally got the new dishwasher installed, and I asked them about getting a refund. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to take that up with Lowes. Everything about this entire experience was a NIGHTMARE and it's clear that Lowes employees do not communicate with one another or take notes. My advice, go anywhere else for appliance services.

Had by far the worst experience and rudest customer service in the flooring department. If you need help finding something I’d say ask anybody else in the store. I know I won’t be back

Edit: I had a small corner of a $20 torn that was given to me. Banks are required to accept worn bills if more than half the bill is present but they wouldn’t accept it here because their machine said so. Customer service and the cashier were polite at least.

Chuck was amazing and helped me out through out my experience. He was very knowledgeable about where everything was and had an answer to all my questions. Damien I believe his name was went above and beyond by assisting my with questions after he had already clocked out and was on his way home. Kudos to these guys.

I always go to Lowe's for all my home improvement chores. Someone is always willing to help out, and the prices are better than Home Depot. I like that they have Veteran parking which shows support for our country and those who served.

We purchased a fridge from Lowe’s and paid to have it installed and our old fridge taken away. While the store associate was very helpful and great while we were purchasing the delivery was a whole different story.
We had 3 delivery men show up at 8:30 am. They came in one tried to remove the fridge (with very little effort) then started knocking it back and forth knocking a shelf off my wall and breaking several items in the shelf. He could have cared less. Said they couldn’t remove the fridge (mind you he was on his phone the whole time while another one just stood there doing absolute nothing. Angel (the 3rd guy was trying to be helpful). So they tried again with very little effort I might add and said they couldn’t remove it so we had to reschedule. They were literally there 10 minutes and started saying they had to leave because they’re on a schedule. The only solution they offered was to drop the new fridge (uninstalled in the middle of my kitchen) while they grabbed the new fridge my son, daughter and I pulled the old fridge out (which 3 men claimed they couldn’t do) and told them we removed it they could take it. One looked behind the fridge and said “about the water line, its copper we don’t touch cooper” so I said “oh here I can have my son remove it real quick” they were rude, refused to let us do it kept saying they had to leave. This is probably 20 minutes total. So I was furious. I followed them out telling them I paid for removal and installation and it’s not right that they aren’t completing the job. I asked to talk to the manager (which they called from my phone) and when I took my phone they hopped in the truck and drove off slamming the door on us and just taking off. They were rude, inconsiderate and most of all lazy. They literally did nothing! I will never use Lowe’s again for any delivery service. Its was literally the worst deliverary experience we’ve ever had. I also made a formal complaint going up the chain as many people as I could….was told they would call me back to come complete the service promptly. Speaking with Tania twice (because she told me she would get on the phone and make phone calls to get it taken care of) NEVEar heard back from her or the man I spoke with . So we had to pay to have the fridge hooked up by a plumber and still waiting for them to come get the old fridge. And also didn’t get refunded for not completing the service. If you can purchase else where it would most likely save your sanity.
