Don't waste your time at this car wash. Rude owner, car washes always malfunctioning. Everytime I use this wash something is always broken, doesn't work or is out of service. (I have had a monthly membership for years) The dryers blow for about 30 seconds so they don't even dry off a quarter of your vehicle. If you want a good car wash that works DEFINITELY don't go here. I called Kevin the owner to tell him that I was frustrated with each time I come here that something is broken or doesn't work. This time the card reader doesn't work. Instead of apologiing for the inconvenience like any other business owner he spoke to me condescending manner like I was a child, told me to cancel my card and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Great place to go for a quick wash! Parking can be iffy sometimes.

Don't use. $15 auto car wash and the dryer shuts off after 5 seconds. Ridiculous... especially since it happened to me 2 weeks ago as well. Btw, the $15 wash seems to be skipping some steps as well.

I had good success at the dog wash. Lots of shampoo options. Always clean. Can't get the app to work but that's a minor inconvenience. With my dogs, I don't save any money coming here vs other selfwash options. Actually other self washes cost the same but I get some added benefits like towels, aprons, and brushes. However if you are very fast or don't need to dry then you probably could save some money. For me it's just convenient.

One of your employees lost his cool and yelled like a child to "Leave the bay now!!" As I was detailing my car today 7/17/23. This is how you treat local paying customers?? He had no idea if I was done or if I was going to wash or scrub anything further ... Bold to assume things. Just because a car is behind you doesn't give your employees any right to shout at customers or delegate anyone ... EVER.. Disgraceful.

After a week of rolling in the dirt while hiking, my 128 lb Mastiff-mix was smelly and in need of a bath, so I thought I'd give this place a try. I skipped one of the tubs because the prior user didn't bother to rinse it out, so there was a good amount of wet dog hair covering it. This isn't a dig on management because there are huge signs asking folks to rinse down the tubs, and as I learned later, there is even a "tub cleaner" option on the soap dispenser. It was a bit difficult getting my larger dog into the tub because she was having none of the steps that were provided for her to walk up into it. Once she was in, I had everything I needed to give her a rinse, shampoo, and condition. There are a couple of options for soaps, one being an oatmeal blend for itchy or sensitive skin. The water was a comfortable warm temperature. The nozzle had an easy to use "on"/"off" switch to manage the water flow, and the handle allowed for less or more water pressure. The dryer had good velocity, but if you have a double coated dog, you could grow old waiting for dog's fur to dry, and there wasn't a belly band to keep them on their feet. Overall, I spent $11 for my dog's wash and dry, which I felt was a good value considering the costs of groomers. The best part is that there is no clean-up of a messy bathroom at my house!

Very convenient dog wash with several bays. It operates similar to a car wash where you put your money into the machine then you turn the knob to the featured selection, with an air dryer at the end. This is a great option if you live in a small place or bathing your dog at home is not an easy task

This place is the bomb! Great location, super easy to use, and my dog loves it. He looks forward to it every month and the owner is great. Any issues, he takes care of them right away. We are frequent flyers here and will continue to be. Gus and I hit the dog park and then swing by here on the way home. Definitely worth the money and time.

The automatic car wash is quite expensive for a sub-par car wash. My vehicle needs another wash again to be completely clean. You can see there is still dirt on the front of my vehicle’s bumper in the photo.

Credit card machines seem to be broken more than working. Water is dirty and leaves dirt spots on car.

TL; DR. Eh. It's my experience that most of the car washes in the Parker area are mediocre, and Lucky Dog carries the torch to that same point.Quality: I'm not going to lie either direction here. The wash is...FINE. I've only used the automatic (because the self-service bays are typically packed), but this really isn't superior or inferior to what one would expect from the touchless wash at an average gas station. Three stars, with a bonus for having the option to wash your pup (mine doesn't get to ride in my car, but we'll take the older vehicle to do that one day, maybe), so let's be kind & call it four stars.Service: I'm not inclined to evaluate this because...what kind of service is there to be had at an automatic car wash? It generally functions, though when the drying service is out something besides a poorly scrawled sign at the pay station might be in order. N/A.Design: The wash itself is straightforward. The layout of the property is TERRIBLE. I don't want to drag the owner for this; they're doing what they can with the space they have. But this is bit of a nightmare both to get to and to navigate. I'll generously apply three stars.Value: Given all of the above, I'm really not impressed by the price point here. Paying $15 for what costs $9 at a service station has led me away from continuing to go here. If I found the self-service bays open more often, I might have my mind changed...but for now, this is a two-star experience.Bottom line: use it in a pinch, don't expect too much, and you'll come away with a lighter pocket and a cleaner vehicle.

This is the worst car wash now unfortunately. It used to be one of the best. But they switched to new technology and it doesn't wash very well or dry very well. The picture is right after I left the car wash. The soap didn't even fully rinse off.

The car wash is always been a good experience. The dog wash is just OK. I felt like the unit was low or out of some of the soap/conditioner options. The blow dryer definitely needs an upgrade not very powerful or heated for our longer haired friends. Took forever to get my golden even partially dry.

This place was super easy to access and relatively clean. I mean it is a dog wash. They claimed to have shampoo and conditioner but I'm glad we brought our own because I think they were out. When we switched to shampoo and conditioner mode it was just water. And the end they had a tub clean and interestingly that was quite soapy. I would go back but hope that next time they actually have a soap and conditioner mode. I'm on the fence whether I would recommend.
