Aisha was amazing!! I placed on online pickup order from a location 1 hour away and arrived at my local store. Duh!! My mistake but Aisha worked to get the order transferred instead of cancelling it which would have caused a 10 delay in the refund of the original order charge. It wasn't easy but it was her idea and she pulled it off. Uncommon these days to have such dedication to customer service! THANK YOU for such an outstanding experience!

I was in the Best Buy Parker store this afternoon to pick up a cord for my computer. As I walked in several sales clerks were huddled in the Samsung TV area. I stood there for 3-5 minutes to ask who could help me find a cord. One sales clerk finished ringing a sale and was kind enough to help me. Thereafter, I wanted to actually pay for my cord. In the same corner, not the gentleman who helped me as he was not helping someone else, there stood 3-4 sales people still huddling in the same area. Where is the store manager? Is this an acceptable service? At this rate, it will not take long for us all to simply do business on line because what is the advantage of going in-person as people are "too busy" to help?

If I could leave 0 stars I would, went to Parker store for 2 new phones, at one point there was 4 employees helping customers with two people in line, they asked to put us in the queue so we didn't have to wait in line, 10 mins later 1 employee helping customers and over an hour later we were still waiting for text to return for service

The absolute worst customer service I've experienced at this location. It was not busy when I was there. I had to literally go find someone to get some help after a few employees just walked past me on their phone. I spoke to a "manager" in the computer area requesting some help. I said excuse me and he literally turned around and said "what's up" while trying to avoid doing his job. Then said briefly he'll send someone over. I got sick of waiting around and purchased what I could find. I'm not sure what happened to this location it used to be great and the employees were helpful I hope it turns around.

I came into the store today to buy a new tv, the associate Jayce that helped me before went out of his way to help me again, not only that but he went the extra mile and helped me unload my tv in the freezing cold for 10 minutes. Instead of complaining or having bad body language he made it seem like he genuinely likes helping others. You the man Jayce!

This place is a total joke. They did not disclose anything about return policy on Microsoft office products so I am left holding the bag after not needing the product. I had 3 people work with me and not one person said anything about the product or the return policy. Disappointing. I even contacted Microsoft and they said I had authorization to return the product. Doesn't matter they have documentation and Best Buy still says no. Won't be going back here. If you can't do the right thing and only leave your customer to hold the bag for your lack of info you do not deserve my business.

Negative star rating. No one is on the same page. It's ok I took my $2k somewhere else! The manager was the security guard or l/p whichever you what to call it. No help at all. Didn't care one bit. Not a care in the world. Dude has a beard and looks like a scrub mainly because of his clothing.

Terrible customer service. Every question we asked while trying to purchase a wall mount for the new TV we just purchased from Best Buy was met with a "We can't do that." That kind of attitude is helpful to no one. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I had bought an apple product after loosing my old device, and I always will get apple care with the purchase. It was $75. Then when my product is busted manufacture wise I went in expecting to use my apple care. But no, for some reason I just paid an extra $75 bucks on my last purchase that the man can't seem to find my warranty. I'm all for then work these people do, but shady business along with the messing around you see in there. Pretty crazy.

I just bought an amazon fire stick from this place, and it doesn't Work. Called twice to try and get a hold of someone from the store no one answers and when they do, they hang up. I guess i will literally have to drive all the way back to the store to actually get some help. Worst customer service ever.

Every Best Buy in the area has terrible customer service. You CANNOT get help. Need help getting an item? TOO BAD. Can't find something? TOO BAD. Multiple times I've literally stood in the same spot for like 40 minutes just... waiting... and nothing. Can't find a single employee for help.

Drove to this location after the Southlands location was less than helpful. Greeted at the door and there's a huge parking lot which is fab. My son decided to cut to the chase and asked the greeter if they received any graphics cards. He knew they received some in the springs and Westminster and was really nice about explaining. We decided to walk around to look at games and dvds. Noticed it was very quiet and then realized they were shutting down. So we said our goodbyes and headed out. Would come back as the service was good.
