I had a terrible experience with Brandi B. yesterday. She showed me the room, told me where to put my things, said to start laying face up and walked out. Never introduced herself, or even looked at me. Never asked about my body, where to focus or stay away from. Her attitude was avoidant and rude and it showed in her work. I had to stop her from touching me in 2 areas because she never gave me the opportunity to tell her where I needed attention or where to stay away from. 10 minutes into the massage I said I was cold and she laughed. Never made an adjustment to the room. The massage seemed vindictive and was not relaxing at all. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there or just hated her job. In fact, my body was more tense when I left bc I was so cold and irate. She would leave my whole body uncovered while massaging my hands leaving me shivering and with goosebumps. Definitely was apparent to her. She would press on my back in places that were tight and just press until the tendon would fall out of her hand… like not good technique, it hurt. Seemed on purpose bc it happened more than a few times. I kept wondering if this was her first massage but nobody could be that rude on their first client. She only spoke in the beginning and at the end of the 2 hour session. While I was speaking to her and not getting any response. I felt so uncomfortable I almost got up and walked out. By the end I ran to the bathroom to cry… it was the worst massage I’ve had and I’ve been a member for years! Went home and processed how bad that actually was and after sleeping on it realized it needed to be addressed. She shouldn’t be working as a massage therapist. PERIOD.

Can't cancel your membership because they are never there. Can't schedule a massage because they are always booked. Worst company ever.

Moving here from South Florida has most likely tainted this experience but this location here in Parker, CO CANNOT get masseuses to work...you can't get an appointment ...lived here 2 years now...extremely frustrating. I started using my membership towards facial treatments instead...Kati is the ONLY esthetician to see..the others are not very good.

They will happily take your money and will not offer many appointments to use a membership. They also make it impossible to cancel memberships and charge closed accounts without agreement.

Do not go here. There are few massage therapists left in the industry and this franchise is so petty they refuse to rehire old staff. They are not actively looking to hire therapists. It says a lot about a company when they are sharing 10 therapists between 3 locations. Poor management and overall corporate policies makes this place bottom of the barrel when it comes to massage. I mean 2.9 stars? Really?

Absolutely fantastic, I just started looking around for a massage place and this location was the best by far. The manager (i’m assuming) Alexa was a major help when it came to signing up, she was super sweet and helped me understand the perks and let me tell you i’ve never felt better. Plus they also have facials as a service and as someone who is prone to breakouts this is the best little treat for myself.

I am experiencing the same issues as others. There is NEVER any spots for a massage. I have been trying to cancel my membership since october and yet they continue to charge me when i signed a paper in writing that i end it in October. The manager NEVER responds. They are a freaking joke!

Have been trying to cancel membership since October even filling out paperwork to be processed by the manager since every employee apparently cannot process a cancelation. Have been charged every month since and have had to report the charge as fraudulent every month. About to take legal action if they will not cancel membership. DO NOT GO HERE!

THE WORST! Do not give these people your money. I have a medical condition that I thought would get better with massage, when it only made it worse, and I tried to cancel the MONTH to MONTH subscription i purchased, the manager told me I couldn’t and that I was locked into a year contract. Since I never signed a contract, I went I. And spoke to someone and they said they didn’t do those and it was month to month and “cancelled” it. It’s been almost 5 months now of having to go on there and get the $75 charge reversed. Ridiculous! Oh, and to get an appointment it takes weeks and then they either no show or cancel. I’m all about giving grace, but this business is doing people wrong on so many levels!

I was encouraged to sign up for a membership and have been trying for 10 months to cancel it! No one will return phone calls. There is no way to email. The managers are the only people who can help had choose NOT too!!

I have been a member at Massage Envy Parker for 16+ years. I've spent thousands of dollars at this location and been a loyal customer. But the past year has been abysmal at trying to schedule a massage. They take your money every month like clockwork, but then don't have enough therapists to actually deliver the services you've paid for. So, I finally cancelled my membership, losing a large number of massages that I'd banked up because I couldn't use them. Don't waste your money.

I made a follow-up appointment after my 1st massage as I was having back pain. Went to my 2nd appointment I needed desperately, and they had no record of my appointment! Is that because I didn't join their "Plan?"

Horrible customer service from the MANAGER! I can’t ever get an appointment for prenatal because no one seems to do them but yet they convince you to get the membership to never be able to use it, I’m trying to cancel my membership now and it’s like pulling teeth! Absolutely the most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered!!!! Will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere!!!
