We loved our experience with Mattress by Appointment. You want to shop local, small business? Well, here you go. Hate going to big box mattress stores and getting hounded? Not here. No pressure. Actually encouraged to take the time you need to make sure the mattress you're choosing is the one for you.You can't get more personal service. You can't get better customer service. Our appointment was at 3:15pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and he was waiting for us. We found the perfect mattress and by 4:30 he was at our door delivering. (Ok, we do live like 3 minutes away) But still, Incredible!!!We paid cash, but I saw financing with Snap finance promoted on the walls, I've used snap in the past, easy approval, and I've always been offered pay off by certain time at no or super low apr.If you're mattress shopping, you owe it to yourself to save a lot of money, save a lot of hassle, save a lot of time, AND promote a great family owned, local, small business by going and checking out Mattress by Appointment.

I am blown away from my experience with MBA! Wonderful Family owned Business! After a month of searching and going to different matress stores; Micah and his family where super helpful and informative in my search for finding a good mattress! They dont pressure you into purchase's like other retailers, and they have lots of affordable yet competitive luxury brand mattress with all the bells and whistles! They even offer financing! Micah even called me back the moment they had a certain matress back in stock, threw in a box spring, some very nice sheets, and went as far as too personaly deliver the matress to my house! I highly recommend giving them a shot if you are in the market for a new mattress!

Great experience. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know. The owner made everything from choosing to delivery an absolute breeze. The care he goes through in making sure you feel welcome and that you get the bed you need was refreshing. The payment process was also very easy and quick. Prices were amazing and the bed is perfect.
