Mike.... we miss you. If you work in customer service and can't hear me from across the desk get some hearing aids. On top of the rude attitude and laziness of the new employees. Ide rather make the drive to elizabeth or use Napa. Time is money and with the exception of Miles you all waste my time.

16-year commercial account... Mike was great, but now, like the other reviews, a couple of RUDE employees have driven me to Napa unless I'm absolutely desperate. $1000s of dollars a month lost. Regional manager customers could care less about dei hiring. We need someone who knows what they are doing like Mike.

Due to the rude and intolerant behavior of a couple of your employees I, and 5 of my friends and family will no longer be doing business with this store. That is 6 lost accounts to date and more to come. Stronger training as to customer service and overall politeness to the general public is very much needed.

Big shout out to Kegan over there it was almost clossing helped me get my toyota fixed up with a new battery quick and back on the road. So grateful for the team working. They were awesome. Thanks again guys!

Brought in parts they were able to match up. There system showed different part numbers than needed but were able to find the correct ones from other models.
