Parker Imports far exceeded our expectations of timeliness, workmanship, and knowledge. We took our Range Rover to them and were pleased with their skills and care. We were impressed with the communication and honesty that Parker Imports provided. It was great to work with Luke and Adam both. I am thrilled to find Parker Imports. I have a 18 year old baby VW Bug and have been having it serviced at the dealership ? I know that's stupid but I was unaware I had I had an alternative. Now I do ? so please with the service. Ya!

We brought my granddaughters car for a problem with the transmission. They quoted 3-4 thousand to fix it. We drove it home and changed the fluid for 30 bucks. That was over a year ago and the car is running fine. Be careful. I'll never go back to this shop.

I don't know where to begin, but the first words that come to mind are sincere and honest. They went above and beyond for me. I was sold a bad car that was completely unsafe to drive and the guys we willing to go to bat for me. I have taken my previous cars to Castle Rock Imports (same owner) and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I highly recommend them. I can't say enough about how they treated me with honesty. I am a customer for life!!

Parker Imports checked my vehicle out and the work was done quickly but thoroughly.The costs were very fair and reasonable.The staff explained everything and contacted me everybody of the way. This is a very very good shop to do business with.

The work was completed well and in a timely manner. Phone customer service is less then stellar. Was put on hold immediately after connecting with rep. Once I was able to talk to someone and we began our conversation, I was asked to be put on hold again without being able to say yes or no. I hung up because others have work to complete as well. All in all, when you give them approval to fix your car, the customer service turns around. Money still talks!

I use Parker Imports for my Mercedes and Lexus. Got in a bind when my daughters car broke down in Spring and I had it towed to local dealer and didn’t feel happy with the diagnostic. As usual, called Adam at Parker Imports and he took the time to read the report and said no problem, get it up to the shop. Luke and Adam are professional that are honest and have earned my trust.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Great overall experience! Needed a quick oil change on my BMW & they got me in right away and finished very promptly. One of the only places where I felt like the shop was completely honest with me about any additional work that maybe needed on my car. Trustworthy, professional and I felt like they truly cared. Definitely recommend using Parker Imports!
