I was able to get a same day eye exam appointment, and Dr. Morovati and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made everything very easy. Highly recommended!

Needed sunglasses for my Italian vacation, I have never splurged on prescription even though I needed them! I was cutting it a little close on timing. They had a great selection. Then helped so much with picking the right type of lenses to arrive on time, be in budget, but be effective for my terrible prescription! Great experience, adore my sunglasses!

I've been coming to this location for at least 7 years. I absolutely adore Dr. Dixon and he's really the only reason I return. The location is clean and bright, lots of high end designer frames to choose from.

Schedule an appt and then you wait 30 minutes and theyre still not ready yo see you....what exactly is the point of scheduling? Very intrusive questions on their forms too for just getting eyes dialated and are not upfront about cost as well. Go elsewhere in my opinion

Awesome!!! Everyone is so wonderful. Got my frames and lenses here. They did a terrific job. I had an accident and scrapped one lens and bent the frames. Josh did an amazing job adjusting my frames and got them back to new condition. A terrific employee!!! Thank-you!!!

The eye exam was quick and basic . The customer care person Josh, was absolutely wonderful. He took his time explaining everything I needed to know. There was a mistake when he scheduled my eye exam. I had to take time off work to go in, which I did ,but the crew that was working in the store at the time could not get me in, so I just wasted my time. The girl in the store made me reschedule to take more time off of work. When I returned for my second appointment, Josh was there. He was professional and apologetic and was an exceptional representative for your brand. He was patient while he taught me how to put the contacts in which took almost a half hour , so I was appreciative of his patience. Basically, Josh was a rock star for your company even where the mistakes would have upset me he rolled with it like a champion. You as a company should do what you can to take care and praise this gentleman. His professionalism and care will bring you more repeat business.

Phenomenal service from Dr Dixen. Professional, compassionate and friendly. Glasses arrive quickly. Excellent communication and follow up from staff. I have been coming here for approximately 4 years. The best!

I was impressed how quick they were to see me for my appointment. The tests for glaucoma and the photo picture of my eyes were very easy without dilation. The Optometrist was very friendly and did a great job testing my vision, and interpretating the results of my retinal picture. I think if he noticed a problem he would have referred me.The receptionist was very involved in helping me choose new eyeglasses, and cost.
