The eye exam was quick and basic . The customer care person Josh, was absolutely wonderful. He took his time explaining everything I needed to know. There was a mistake when he scheduled my eye exam. I had to take time off work to go in, which I did ,but the crew that was working in the store at the time could not get me in, so I just wasted my time. The girl in the store made me reschedule to take more time off of work. When I returned for my second appointment, Josh was there. He was professional and apologetic and was an exceptional representative for your brand. He was patient while he taught me how to put the contacts in which took almost a half hour , so I was appreciative of his patience. Basically, Josh was a rock star for your company even where the mistakes would have upset me he rolled with it like a champion. You as a company should do what you can to take care and praise this gentleman. His professionalism and care will bring you more repeat business.

Phenomenal service from Dr Dixen. Professional, compassionate and friendly. Glasses arrive quickly. Excellent communication and follow up from staff. I have been coming here for approximately 4 years. The best!

I was impressed how quick they were to see me for my appointment. The tests for glaucoma and the photo picture of my eyes were very easy without dilation. The Optometrist was very friendly and did a great job testing my vision, and interpretating the results of my retinal picture. I think if he noticed a problem he would have referred me.The receptionist was very involved in helping me choose new eyeglasses, and cost.

Excellent service and staff! I have used many vision services over the years and this business is the very best. I have never been disappointed. My wife and I both love giving our business to this Pearle Vision. Very highly recommended.

I went in today for just a contact lens exam and hoping to get another appt for new glasses BUT they informed me that I didn't have to and that I could do both at the same time! I was delighted to hear that! The Dr was super sweet as was the entire staff. They were kind and very informative every step of the way. Especially Josh, he went way above and beyond to help me out. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a great place to get glasses and/or contacts!!!The reviews saying that the people here are rude are absolutely wrong. My guess is the people who had a "bad" experience were the rude ones. Treat people how you would want to be treated, that's all I'm saying.

Got my prescription at this place and it's done wrong, and between glasses and contacts it costed me $1,000.You typically trust the doctor so I didn't complain in the 90-day timeframe because I was trying hard to adjust, and the result is that I spent a lot of money having to redo my glasses plus I got $600 in contact lenses ordered under my insurance that they didn't want to replace ( because of 15 late according to their policy).Moreover, the customer service was terrible, so I'm left with almost $1,000 loss because of a wrong prescription. The store didn't want to take responsibility because of the time lapsed, and now I'm left to contact corporate office to try to only get at least my contact lenses replaced. Horrible experience, and they looked at me as if I was the bad guy.
