I have been a loyal customer, always paying my rent on time, but I’m extremely disappointed with Public Storage. Once again, my monthly rent was significantly increased by 21% without any notice. My account is set to autopay, and I only discovered the price hike when I check my monthly statement — no email, no call, no warning.
To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to reach anyone at the facility or get help from customer service to resolve this issue. When do you get ahold of customer service they are extremely rude and it's a dead end to the conversation.
Public Storage claims “market rates,” but if you want a fair price, they’ll make you move all your belongings to a different unit within the same property — even though they’re charging much lower rates for the exact same unit you’re already in.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for storage. Public Storage may dominate the industry, but they take advantage of loyal customers with unfair practices and poor communication.

Raised price. Never communicated it. I asked, “So you can just increase prices based on emotional whims” and the response was ‘Yes’. Terrible communication, shady people and shady business practice.

First time using Public Storage and I was a bit hesitant on using a storage place to store my stuff as I have had bad experiences in the past. But the representative I spoke with over the phone Holly, reassured me that everything is safe and secure! Holly was very helpful and made everything very easy and simple! Thank you Holly!

Predatory business that will not answer requests for contact. When I finally got a hold of corporate, they were rude, lied, and hung up on me. This business increases rental prices for existing customers but not the prices listed for new contracts.

Used this location for a year with no issues other than the pipes leaking a waxy substance on some of my items. I couldn’t do anything about it because they weren’t damaged. Holly was kind and helpful when I decided to remove my items and made sure I understood the process.

There are gates on both ends, but only one is able to be opened, and a separate 3rd gate for exiting, which makes dropping stuff with a trailer a royal pain in the ass. Customer service is also lacking a bit.

Holly was so helpful yesterday !! She was able to get me into a unit quickly and helped with all moving info and explained all the terms for the new unit with patience and a smile ! I love doing business with kind humans

If your a few days late on rent they call and call and call. My rent has gone up 3 times since I got a spot last year
