Lab work is not something I look forward to. If I have to have blood drawn and the doctors leave it up to me on where to go, I pick Quest Diagnostics every time. They recommend booking appointments, but also take walk-ins. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. There were several lab sites listed near me with plenty of appointment times to fit into my schedule. Checking in once I was on site was just a click on the link texted to me, appropriate wait time, and they were efficient once I was called back. Clean waiting area, clean lab room, good hygiene practices, and it was just apparent they took cleanliness seriously (as they should). The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable during my blood draw. My veins are horrible and I know this about myself from not so great past experiences- the woman helping me listened to what I had to say and took it seriously. That was refreshing! She was amazing and only had to poke me once to get the job accomplished. Plus, they've never messed up an order, so my doctor is satisfied and I am too because, let's face it, having tests done is not something you want to do again.

This place has nobody at the front desk. There is a kiosk to check in. The TV rambles non stop about scheduling appointments. When they can’t even keep their appoints on schedule.
Brought someone there waited and 1 hour and 15 mins with appointment for a simple blood draw.

The process was absolutely amazing. Super easy to schedule online. When I arrived at the service center I was able to check in at the kiosk without any problems and I was immediately called back to get started. My experience with the tech was also amazing! Very positive and friendly. She was very good at the procedure as well. No pain. No problems. Great conversation. Excellent, excellent experience.

Very fast and simple process. The kiosk to check in was very easy to use with simple prompts. It offered several languages making it versatile for many patrons. The wait time from checkin was very quick and I was seen at the time of my appointment. The labs were ready for me to just quickly verify my information and proceed to have the blood draw. I was done with everything from checkin to leaving in less than 20 minutes. Very efficient process.

Appreciated how clean and orderly everything was. Loved the professionalism and flow of the technician. Hated that the bathroom has been broken (for weeks) and wish that Quest would invest in vein viewing tech (for those who's veins aren't as cooperative)....but overall a great, quick location , team, and visit. Highly recommend doing the sms check-in...took just a second while others waited in line to fill out the tablet form.

Horrible and insane walk-in police. They’re overbooked, they will only get to you IF they can, which they won’t! Waited there for over 2 hours and they did not get to me. Never again

SHOULD BE ABLE TO LEAVE ZERO STARS. FIRST I SHOW UP AT NOON TO A ROOM FULL OF UPSET FOLKS BECAUSE THEIR APPOINTMENTS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE 30-60 MIN EARLIER. WENT TO SIGN IN, THE COMPUTER DID NOT HAVE MY INFO AND WOULDN'T TAKE MY CODE, SO I SET UP A WALK IN APPT. SAT THERE FOR 30 MIN WHERE I SAW TWO PEOPLE GET CALLED BACK THE ENTIRE TIME. LISTENED TO EVERYONE IN THE ROOM COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR APPOINTMENT, TO WHERE SOMEONE WHOM WORKS THERE CAME OUT TO TELL EVERYONE THAT THE SYSTEM WAS MESSING UP, SO IT ALLOWED EVERYONE TO SET APPOINTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME, THEN THEY'RE SHORT STAFFED, THEN THEY'RE HAVING ISSUES WITH BLOOD DRAWS, THEN THEY HAVE WORKERS ON LUNCH BREAK, THEN THEY'RE TELLING PEOPLE THEY CAN LEAVE AND STAY ON THE LIST FOR LATER. AFTER AN HOUR I LEFT. CAME BACK LATER, FILLED OUT THE INFO TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT 2:45PM, ONLY 2 OTHER PEOPLE IN THE WAITING ROOM THIS TIME, STILL WAIT 45 MIN. ONCE I GET BACK THERE, I'M TOLD THEY CAN'T TAKE URINE SAMPLES AFTER 3PM, WHEN THE NURSE GOES TO ASK THE DOCTOR IF THEY CAN GET ME IN, THEY'RE RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR AND THE DOCTOR IS TALKING ABOUT ME IN A VERY AWFUL WAY. AS IF I WAS SUPPOSE TO HOLD MY PEE FOR 3HRS FOR THEM TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. SHE'S TELLING THE NURSE TO COME IN AND TELL ME ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH I MESSED UP AND HOW SHE'S NOT GONNA PUT UP WITH IT. I WALKED OUT AT THAT POINT.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORSE PEOPLE. NEVER AGAIN.

The sign up process was easy, location was accessible, check-in process was simple and fast, and the technician I had was extremely pleasant and happy on a Friday afternoon. She actually acted like she enjoyed her job and was so friendly and had a conversation with me. She was thorough and the blood draw was painless! She was amazing! The entire process was great!

If you need to have your blood work done, this is the place I prefer and recommend. The website is very easy to use and the office in Parker almost always has several times available to meet your schedule. Same day appointments are accepted and often available. The staff is friendly and professional. In and out usually in 10-15 minutes. Giving blood isn't a fun experience but this makes it quick and easy.

There is never anyone at the front desk. I was told I could drop off a specimen only to find out I had to get in line and wait till they had time to take it from me. There was 10 people waiting ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes, then left went to lab corp next door, walked right in they took my Dr. Orders and my specimen in less than 5 minutes. I would never go to this quest again. There is no customer service at this facility and they move like snails. How is it they never have anyone at the front desk? Doesn’t that help speed things up? Who ever is in charge of this place should find a different job.

Worst attitudes ever and extremely behind at all times. Condescending employees and hateful individuals. I hope quest sees this and gets it under control. Saw an elderly woman talked to like trash cause she didn’t print out her paperwork. It’s 2024 get yourselves together quest employees. There is no reason to treat anyone like that when you are in customer service.
