“Mr. Neil Spencer was recommended to me when it came time to sell my house. Upon a home inspection, it was discovered that the house would need some serious repairs. This resulted in a very difficult sale. Neil recommended an engiineering co. Recommended a construction company and we got the HOA involved. I approved all of these and Neil took over as if it was his personal home. Neil communicated with me as needed, he kept all the workers coordinated until the job was completed. The house then sold in one day.
I would recommend Neil to anyone that needs a good person in need of a real estate expert.
I rated Neil as a number 5, I only wish that I could give him a number 10!
