it was horrible the lack of communication and the lack of care of quality of parts. I got my truck back and stuff is still a half inch twisted even after pointing it out and asking them to fix it. communication got very bad at the end I had to start calling and emailing to find out when my truck was going to be done.the first time I went to pick it up they had installed the completely wrong parts.please stay away from the shop I had talked to a couple customers in the parking lot and they were getting screwed around as well!things that are still messed up ,grille-headlight-hood bumper

I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. TWICE.I was in an accident. The other party would be paying & my car ended up here. The next day I called with questions & Stephanie told they would only give information to the party that hit me. They wouldn't answer questions to me. About my car. When I said I would pick up the car & take it elsewhere, she hung up on.Later, I received a message from the car app that my sensors had been disconnected.When I arrived to get the car, I was told they couldn't find it and they had no record of it. My insurance company directed me to report it stolen.The next day, Mike told me he would not give me any information about my car. So again I called the police. The result was Service King had illegally started work on my car without my permission. It was drivable when I brought it in but now needed to be towed to another shop. I reached out to Larry Gonzalez, some type of senior manager. He never responded.One good note. The new body shop gave me a quote for $2,500 less.

Contacted Crash Champions/Service Kings and talked to a service representative who brusquely told me they could take my car but that it would sit in the lot for about 6-7 weeks before they could look at it. I told them I understood and could I just keep my car at home until they were ready to tow it to their lot. She told me they needed a statement from my insurance that it was not drivable before they could tow it. I contacted my insurance agent who said that information was sent over already but that he would send it again. I gave him the representative’s name so he could contact her directly. I checked back with her several days later and was told she never received the info about it being undrivable. His went round and round for about 3-4 weeks. She then told me that my insurance had messed everything up and taken so much time to send the information over and now the body shop was at capacity and didn’t have any openings and I would have to go elsewhere. She also added she personally had Allstate insurance and thought they were terrible. How unprofessional. My agent called her again and sent her a screenshot of his e-mails to her my car was undrivable and it was discovered she had the information all along and it had been overlooked. My Allstate agent explained that she was rude to him too.My agent made arrangements at another body shop, Car Star, and they got my car in right away with no problems.I’d never Crash Champions.

Came in with an estimate from this shop (from person i bought vehicle from), to discuss getting the work done. The old lady receptionist behind the desk that was about 25feet from the front desk wouldn't even get up to greet me. When I told her why I was there she stopped me midsentence and said "wait if you didn't get the estimate then we can't even talk to you". I tried explaining that all I wanted was to see about getting vehicle fixed since they are who quoted damage. This ladt just kept repeating the quote over and over... I finally said forget itnill find another shop to fix and walked out... horrible customer service. I live and work in Parker won't be saying good things about this bodyshop

Scheduled an appointment for a drop off and estimate. Person on the phone told me they could do it the same day and should be no problem. Got a call over an hour later from a Stephanie who has the customer service skills of a wall. Told me they can’t do that and rescheduled me 3 weeks later. Didn’t seem to care that I already rearranged my schedule for the day to make this happen.

*Scam Alert*This “company” is horrendous. I had an accident in March and unfortunately took my car here. They finished my car in three weeks. When I did the walk around, there was still damage to my car. Took another week and I got my fixed car. A few days later I notice my bumper will not stay attached. I called and they told me to come in so they can take a look. Some guy popped it back in and told me if it happens again to come back. My 10 drive home and surprise surprise it came out AGAIN. I call the next day to let them know and a very pleasant woman argued with me for 10 minutes that I need to come in and have it assessed when I tried telling her I already did that. Someone in the background said they would order me a new bumper, GREAT! I follow up three weeks later, spoke with someone that said they would call me back. Great. Call a week later, we’ll give you a call back. It took four days of my following up to speak with the GM Wendy. She had no idea about this situation meaning my bumper was never ordered and I asked I come in AGAIN so they can see what’s going. Let her know I have already done this and I’m not doing it again. Let her know I would send in photos and she can go from there. This place is sketchy and does not care about their customers but only money from the insurance company. Save yourself a headache and stay far away from this place.

Horrible customer service by Laurie (or Lauren).I was involved in a crash that was caused by a reckless driver. I have never experienced a crash prior to that, and it was terrifying. My car was not drivable and was taken to Service King for repairs. My car was not even close to being totaled, but I could not drive it. It arrived at Service King in the beginning of May. While it was there, mother nature threw ice on it, causing us to have to make a second claim. It was there for 2 months.My insurance company told us that my car was done and to return the rental car. Ok, but I hadn't heard from Service King, so I called them. I spoke to Lauren, who was extremely rude, instantly.For almost 9 years, I answered 911 and non-emergency calls for a very busy city. I will never show my backside to a customer, or someone calling for help. Never. I asked her the status of my car...one call...in 2 months... and she raised her voice and said she didn't know, but that my car wasn't done! Wow. I asked her to please not be rude to me, that I'm not being rude to her.Incredible.I had to take my vehicle to Shortline Buick after receiving it from Service King to get the computer in my car fixed. It was caused by them, but to be fair, mistakes happen and they said they'd pay if they were at fault.Well, the gentleman at Shortline called to set up payment, and she was rude to him! In fact, I asked him if that's who he spoke to and he was shocked that I knew. He didn't get very far, since they had to approve the payment through management. Ok, not a problem. My husband called the next day, and spoke to.....Lauren..... She proceeded to raise her voice at my husband, saying her guys would have never told someone they'd pay.They paid.Hopefully Lauren receives some anger management and customer service training. From someone who has walked people through CPR, childbirth, robberies, shootings, stabbings, you name it.... do not blame your poor attitude on stress. You have no idea what the other person might be going through.Please be kind.Services: Electrical repair

I had my vehicle repaired there since it was the only place that I could get in that wasn't a 2 months wait. I would had given it a 5 stars since they did a great job with my car. However, when I picked it the car, I was told that the decals for the rear of the car was on order and it would be about a few weeks for it to come in. I called back and the lady I spoke to didn't have anything on file/order pertaining to my decals. She informed me that she would check with the manager and call me back. A week goes by, no call and I left a voicemail. Another week goes by, no call back so I call and leave another voicemail. Still no return call back. I decided to send an email and never received a reply back. Customer service while they have your car is great...but the moment you get your car back and they still owe you something...good luck getting a hold of someone. Half way tempted to contact my insurance company who paid for the repairs to let them know of the poor service. If they got charged for rear decals, State Farm should get their money back since I didn't get the decals put on the car!

Scratched my Tacoma and received an estimate only from this shop/location and it was reported to CarFax. My guess is that the Toyota dealership supplying parts reported it. I would suggest requesting a quote without a vin number being shared with any Toyota dealership.

Where to begin- my insurance was incredibly difficult and Service King went above and beyond to make sure my repairs went smoothly. From drop off to updates to pickup they were fabulous in every way.
