This compounding pharmacy should be audited or shut down. Not only do the pharmacists have poor math skills, but they dont even make up for their deliberate errors. It is up to you as a consumer to make sure the math is correct. I was told on numerous occasions that my prescription was not ready to fill on the day of request, when it was the pharmacist not able to count to 30, or 35 on a calendar.
My medical reputation is now on the line because they cant do math and they think I want an early refill, when in reality the fill time is now. This is a problem. I had an issue where part of my prescription was essentially trashed by accident , and they said based on my refill history I cant get an early refill. I wasn’t even asking for an early refill. I was just telling them that I lost a couple days worth of meds. They just assumed I wanted an early refill. They never even offered to help in any capacity. Pathetic.
They also screwed me over completely as I told them and prepaid the day before my fill date that I want to pick it up early in the day (like noon, giving them ample time to make the meds) so that I can do my life work; it was snowing heavily so it was a twofer, I shouldnt be on the roads.
The pharmacist said something like “I drive two wheel drive, you will be fine.” Thats cool you drive 2wd to work but I had to drive 2wd from GOLDEN TO PARKER AND TO DENVER in the snow in rush hour, in the DARK. Such disrespect ✌🏻
They took this as me wanting it early, they wanted to start to make the script the day of fill as they do every single time. It took them to 5:30PM TO GET MY SCRIPT DONE. I lost money, happiness, comfort, security, and fun because of this. I was told it would be done by noon by the receptionist the day before. I trusted her, but I called that morning to confirm and sure enough no message was relayed and the pharmacist said she didnt even get wind of my fill until the day of. It is way too casual of a pharmacy.
This is unacceptable.
All this place does is brush it off their shoulders like this is no big deal. Well, in my eyes it is a HUGE DEAL. This is MY LIFE. I do not serve SkyRidge, SkyRidge serves ME in this capacity. Do better business or GTFO.
I will never use this company again and honestly I am considering legal council since they have swindled me out of tens of thousands of dollars on a prescription I cant even guarantee is accurate because the pharmacist cant do math.
They try and make it up with a friendly front end. A friendly pretty face up front to soothe the nerves, with an ugly monster in the back room doing whatever they please (within reason)
They also like to offer free water bottles with single use plastics, candy, and processed foods. How does this support health exactly? It supports a poor diet and high environmental impact, adding more trash to trash island.
There needs to be some quality control here.

The folks at Sky Ridge Compounding Pharmacy are wonderful. I have many dietary restrictions and problems with ingredients and the pharmacist is extremely helpful and caring in helping me find something that works. I have a lot of anxiety around medications because I have had some bad experiences so I don't consider myself the easiest to deal with. Sky Ridge is quicker than other pharmacies I've used and they always make a point to get me my medications when I need them. They are kind and caring; I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Really great pharmacy and staff. They fill prescriptions quickly for me, and when my refills are exhausted they do all the backend work to contact my provider and get the 'scripts rewritten. Today's pickup was especially nice. Without going into too much detail I had a question about pricing and the response from the technician was exceptional!

I have a dog with CHF and my vet sent me there for all her meds! The staff and Pharmacist are the best! They are very friendly,competent and are willing to help you when meds are changed, ease administration for my dog and answer all my many questions! I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable! Thanks to all the staff!

Ever since I had neck surgery, I have struggled to swallow, large pills, so when my doctor recommended this place, I was excited to see what it was all about. The product is easy to take - you put it under the tongue & let it melt, and there is very little taste to it. They call and remind me every month when I need a refill, which is so convenient! Everyone I have ever dealt with there has always been friendly & processing time is quick! I highly recommend!

Easy to refill and pickup a prescription. However. A note on the bag advised me that a different base was used for the estradiol cream. I would have preferred knowing that before I dove down to Parker from Conifer to pick it up

This pharmacy is the best, Jody is very informative and super friendly she goes out of her way to provide recommendations and is just the nicest person, the rest of the staff are always super helpful and friendly as well. I always so enjoy shopping here for my supplements.
